However, according to the present invention, the purpose of the lever is to use a large panel material with high rigidity as a formwork for pouring concrete for a floor or wall, and after pouring the concrete, to fix the demolded panel material to a concrete slab,
This is achieved by applying a floor finish on top of it.

Various materials can be considered for the large panel material 5, but
For example, a molded plate material of so-called ferrite composite, which is a composite material of ferrite (M Fe 2 O 4 ) powder and synthetic resin or rubber, is suitable, and the shape can be selected from various shapes such as flat plate and corrugated plate. I can do it.

The molded plate material of this ferrite composite has an unconfined compressive strength of 150×10 6 N/m 2 (=1500Kg/cm 2 ) and a bending strength of
The strength reaches 30×10 6 N/m 2 (=300Kg/cm 2 ), which is several times to 10 times stronger than cement concrete.

In order to assemble the large panel material 5 as a formwork, as shown on the left in Fig. 2, a thick corner 6 is placed on the existing slab 1, and single pipe supports 7, 7', etc. are stood upright on top of it at appropriate intervals, and then A thick corner 6' is placed on the upper end, and the lower surface of the large panel material 5 is supported by this thick corner 6'. The single pipe supports 7, 7', . . . may be replaced with pipe supports or bitties, and the end angle 6 may be replaced with a batapipe, a peco beam, or the like.

When a molded board of ferrite composite is used as the panel material 5, it is fixed to the slab 1 with a resin adhesive, and styrofoam, carpet, etc.
A floor finishing material such as tatami mats may be applied.

The floor structure thus obtained has excellent vibration and sound insulation effects due to the presence of the panel material 5, since the logarithmic attenuation rate of the molded plate material of the ferrite composite is approximately 0.04 to 0.06.

In addition, since the panel material 5 has a rim 5a, it has high rigidity, and fastening materials such as the separator 9 are only needed at three locations above, in the middle, and below the floor height. It is possible to fix it by attaching a washer 10 or the like.

Furthermore, as another embodiment, the panel material 5 has ribs 5
If it is a thin flat plate that does not form a part, it can be framed using butter pipes, form ties, etc. in the same way as ordinary formwork plywood.

As described above, the concrete pouring and floor construction method of the present invention uses a large panel material with high rigidity as a formwork for pouring concrete for a floor or wall, and after pouring the concrete, the demolded panel material is used to make concrete. Since it was fixed on the slab and the floor finishing was applied on top of it, the concrete pouring of the floor or wall and the floor finishing, which were previously completely independent processes, were linked by sharing materials, resulting in a reduction in material costs. By reducing costs and streamlining work procedures, it is possible to achieve significant cost reductions.
