冷媒は吸入、圧縮され、圧縮機部3の上部空間に吐出さ
れる。一方、圧縮機部3に内蔵されている油ポンプによ
り圧縮機部3の摺動部へ供給された潤滑油10は、圧縮
機部3の上部にある軸受から流出するとともに、1li
II+6及びロータ5の回転により霧化される。そして
、圧縮機部3から吐出さねたガス冷媒に潤滑油10はま
き込まわ、電動機部2の上部空間に至る。ここで、吐出
管9に至る流れの経路において、霧化された潤滑油10
は分離板7の遠心分離作用を受けてガス冷媒から分離さ
れ、吐出管9からはガス冷媒のみが吐出されるようにし
ている。

り、一端を油溜り23に開口し、他端を潤滑油の貯溜部
14の上部に開口している。25は吸入管であり、密閉
容器11を介して圧縮機構13に接続されている。また
、26は吐出管であり、密閉容器11の上部に固定され
ている。

ガス冷媒は吸入管2もより吸入され、圧縮された後圧縮
機構13の上部空間に吐出される。

ン溝22及び摺動部の潤滑油は上軸受20の上端に形成
された油溜り23に至る。ここで、潤滑油は重力により

の開口部より流出し、すぐ下の潤滑油の貯溜部14に戻
されるため、上軸受20の上端においてロータ16の回
転により霧化される潤滑油は減少する。しかし、高速運
転においては、油ポンプの揚油量が圧縮機回転数の2乗
に比例して増加するが、流路24を複数設けることによ
り油溜り23での潤滑油上軸受からのオーバフローを防
止できる。九たは、ロータ16と上軸受20との隙間を
十分小さくし、通路抵抗を増大することによってもオー
バフローを防止できる。すなわち、高速運転においても
、軸受20から流出する潤滑油の霧化を防止できること
となる。その結果、圧縮機外へ吐出される潤滑油は減少
し、高速運転においても圧縮機内部に十分潤滑油を確保
できる。

出を更に少なくできる。

- 電動機と、この電動機により駆動される圧縮機構と、前
記電動機と前記圧縮機構を連結する軸と、前記圧縮機構
の内部に設けられ、前記圧縮機構の電動機側の軸受から
流出する潤滑油を前記圧縮機構の周囲にある潤滑油の貯
溜部に導く流路とより成る圧縮機。
