本発明はスピーカ用振動板に関するものであ
り、その目的とするところは作りやすく、かつ高

られる。従来、平板スピーカは六角形のセル形状
を有するアルミハニカムを心材としたもの、ある
いはプラスチツク発泡体を心材としたサンドイツ
チ構造体が多く使用されている。しかしながら、
アルミハニカムの製造方法は複雑で製造コストが
高く普及型ステレオ用スピーカとして用いるのが
困難である。また発泡体を心材としたものについ
てはハニカムに比べ剛性が低く十分満足できる特

実施例 1
第3図に示すようにAl箔の円板に放射状の折
曲げリブ1aを複数本設けて心材1とし、この心
材1の表面に表面材2としてのAl箔円板を貼り
合せた。ここで、心材1は第2図に示すように
Al箔(厚み20μm)を28φの円板3とし、この円
板3に放射状に複数のスリツト4を入れ、かつ先
端に同方向にスリツト5を入れる。次にスリツト
4,5を入れた部分を円板3に対して垂直に折り
曲げることにより、第3図に示す折曲げリブ1a
を有する心材とするこの心材1の厚さは1.0mmと
した。最後に表面材としてAl(厚み20μm)を貼
り合わせ振動板とする。これをツイータ用振動板
としてユニツトに組み込んだものの周波数特性を
測定し、第4図の曲線Aに示した。また心材とし
てスチレン発泡体(40倍発泡)を使用し、表面材
をAl(20μm)とした振動板(振動板厚み2mm)
の周波数特性を従来例として比較するために第4
