Since the bobbin is interposed between the coils, heat dissipation is poor and the coil temperature inevitably increases. Therefore, it is necessary to use enamelled copper wire with high heat resistance, which has the disadvantage of increasing costs. Further, since the temperature of the coil becomes high, the bobbin may be deformed due to cooling/heating cycles, vibrations, etc., and the coil may become loose. Therefore, a powder coating stator is sometimes used, in which a powder resin is coated on the surface of the core to form an insulating layer, and a coil is wound on top of the insulating layer. The process requires a lot of man-hours, especially when winding a coil using very thin wire, such as an exciter coil used as an ignition power source for an ignition system for an internal combustion engine. It requires a large amount of man-hours to perform insulation and insulation treatments. FIG. 1 shows a conventional terminal treatment structure of an exciter coil 3 wound around a convex pole part 2 of a laminated core coated with a powder coating 1.
The winding start end 3a of the exciter coil 3 is drawn out to the outer surface of the coil, twisted 2 to 3 turns and soldered to the core wire of the lead wire 4 for external drawing. An insulating tube 5 is fitted over the soldered portion, and an insulating tape 6 is inserted between the tube 5 and the coil 3. Then, with the tube 5 applied to the surface of the coil 3 via the insulating tape 6, the end of the lead wire 4 and the tube 5 are connected to the coil 3.
Adhesive tape 7 is wound so as to fix it. As described above, the conventional coil terminal processing structure requires many members such as an insulating tube, insulating tape, and adhesive tape to insulate and protect the coil terminal and prevent wire breakage. This method requires a lot of man-hours, and especially when multiple exciter coils are installed, many parts and man-hours are required at the joints between the terminals of each coil, resulting in a very high cost. It was hot.

簡単になる。 When the terminal of the exciter coil is processed using the connector 20 as described above, there is no need to align the connection between the coil end and the lead wire with the outer surface of the coil, so insulation between the connection and the coil is reduced. No need to consider. Further, since the lead wire and the coil end portion are connected to the terminal fitting, there is no risk that the coil end portion will be disconnected even if tension is applied to the lead wire. Furthermore,
The connection tool can be fixed by simply inserting a cut piece made on the core into a hole made in the base, so it is useful when wrapping adhesive tape to fix the connection between the coil end and the lead wire. Fixing work becomes significantly easier.

Many members conventionally required for terminal processing of a coil can be omitted, and the terminal processing work can be simplified. Further, since the complicated coil terminal processing work is eliminated, winding automation can be advanced, and costs can be reduced.
