本考案は、パネル取付用のフランジをケース本
体を分離可能に固定した照光式スイツチに関す

照光式スイツチは、スイツチ機能と表示機能と
が一体化されている利便さのため、各種制御機器
等の電子機器の操作パネル部に配設され広く用い

端部が操作パネルの前面側に配置され、下端部が
機器内部に収納された状態でパネルに取り付けら

上述の取付方法として従来は、照光式スイツチ

付金具とで取付孔縁部を挾持して照光式スイツチ
を固定させていた。一方、機器に組み込まれた照
光式スイツチは、ケース下端部より導出された端
子と機器の内部回路との間が、ハンダ付けやワイ
ヤーラツピング等により配線接続されるが、電子
機器のメンテナンス等で操作パネルを機器本体か
ら取り外す必要が生じた場合、照光式スイツチの
ケースにフランジ部が一体に形成されているた
め、配線を全て外して照光式スイツチをパネルか
ら抜き取らなければ操作パネルを取り外すことが

ける場合、外観上及び該操作防止のためバリアを
用いることに着目し、それぞれ別体に形成したケ
ース本体とパネル取付用のフランジとでケースを
構成し、上記ケース本体上端面とフランジ底面と
に互いに嵌合する位置合わせ用の係合部を設ける
とともに、上端にフランジ部を有し、該フランジ
部の下部に上記ケースのフランジと嵌合する溝を
形成したバリアを、上記ケース両側部に着脱自在
に取付けて上記ケース本体とフランジとを固定し
た構成としたものであり、これを図面に示す一実

にフランジ4の底面に形成した突起4aを嵌入し
て互いの位置合わせとしている。尚、ケース2の
内部にはスイツチ手段及び表示手段が収納され、
その開口部に表示操作部6が配置されている。
又、バリア5は合成樹脂で一体成形されたもの
で、その上端にフランジ部5aを有し、該フラン
ジ部5aの下部にケースのフランジ4と係合する
溝5bが形成されていて、ケース2の相対向する
面に対し、バリア内面に突設した突起5cをケー
ス本体3に形成した嵌合孔3bに挿脱自在に嵌入
してケース2の両側部に取り付けることによつ
て、ケース本体3とフランジ4とを着脱自在に係
合させて固定し、ケース本体3とフランジ4との
固定強度を強固なものとしている。7はケース2
の両側部に装着された取付金具であつて、バネ材
よりなり、基部両側端を断面略コ字形状となすと
ともに、その両端部から一対の腕部7aを突設さ

ネルに固定される。又、照光式スイツチをパネル
から取り外すには、取付金具の腕部7aを内側に
押して撓ませて、第2図bに示す如く照光式スイ
ツチ全体をパネル8の前方に引き出し、第2図c
に示すようにバリア5をケース2から外してケー
ス本体3とフランジ4を分離し、ケース本体3を

決めし、更にケース両側面に取り外し自在に取り
付けたバリアによりフランジをケース本体上端面
に固定したので、フランジとケース本体とを必要
に応じて分離でき、端子に接続された配線を外す
ことなく、取り付けられた電子機器を操作パネル
から容易に取り外すことができる。従つて本考案
の照光式スイツチを取り付けた電子機器は煩雑な
配線外し作業を行うことなく操作パネルを機器本
体から取り外すことができる等メンテナンスが容
