Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は耳かきを備えた新規の筆記具に関する
ものであつて、クリツプの基端部をキヤツプに固
着すると共に耳かきをクリツプの上面に重ね合わ
せ且つこの耳かきの基端部をキヤツプに回動自在
に枢着したことを要旨とするものである。
尚、図示した実施例は、クリツプ１の基端部２
をキヤツプ３に固着すると共に耳かき４をクリツ
プ１の上面に重ね合わせ且つこの耳かき４の基端
部５をキヤツプ３にピン軸６によつて回動自在に
枢着し、キヤツプ３に於て耳かき４の基端部５に
近接する個所の両側に耳かき４をクリツプ１の上
面に重ね合せた状態および同耳かき４をクリツプ
１と一直線の回り出し状態に維持する強制的飛越
可能な係止突起７，７′を設けたものである。
本考案は上記の通りであるので耳かきを必要と
する時には当該耳かきを外に出してこれを使用す
ることができて著しく利便であり、また本考案に
於ては耳かきをクリツプの上面に重ね合わせるよ
うにしたので同クリツプはこれによつてそのバネ
性が補助されてポケツトの開口縁などへの銜止力
が高められると共にこの耳かきの重ね合わせによ
つてクリツプに特殊な美粧を添加することができ
るなどの諸効果を有するものである。

図は本考案筆記具の実施例を示すものであつ
て、第１図は全体の斜視図、第２図はキヤツプの
一部切截側面図である。 １……クリツプ、２……基端部、３……キヤツ
プ、４……耳かき、５……基端部、６……ピン
軸、７，７′……係止突起。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クリツプの基端部をキヤツプに固着すると共に
    耳かきをクリツプの上面に重ね合わせ且つこの耳
    かき基端部をキヤツプに回動自在に枢着して成る
    筆記具。
