Conventionally, ventilation fans that have a front cover that protrudes outward beyond the frame at the front end of a cylindrical frame are packed with rigid paper such as corrugated paper or cardboard, or foamed resin so that the ventilation fan is pushed in from the side. Attach a shock absorbing material such as
The entire cushioning material is packed into an outer box made of cardboard or other material. There are various types of buffer members, but the most widely used type is one made by folding rigid paper and assembling it into a three-dimensional structure. but,
In any case, in the past, for example,
As disclosed in No. 20540, the outer case and the buffer member are separated, and both manufacturing and assembly handling are performed separately. Therefore, packaging work is complicated and difficult to fully automate, and when automation (mechanization) is attempted, the equipment becomes extremely complex and troubles often occur. Furthermore, in storage and handling of packaging materials, there are many disadvantages, such as the need for a large space and the need to be careful about the number of packing materials, since the outer box and cushioning member are separate.

is a well-known type of fan having a front cover (a structure on the suction side of a ventilation fan, also called a bearing part) 3 at the front end of a rectangular cylindrical frame part 2 that protrudes more than the frame part 2 in the radial direction. This product is used for packaging the ventilation fan 4 of the type shown in the figure, and its feature is that the box in which the ventilation fan 4 is packed is combined with a buffer member that stabilizes the ventilation fan 4 and performs a buffering function within this box, making it a single unit. . That is, the packaging box 1 is composed of a sheet 5 made of a rigid paper such as corrugated paper or cardboard, which constitutes the box, and a pair of sheet-shaped buffer members 6 made of rigid paper coupled to the sheet 5. The sheet 5 has a series of four side surface forming surfaces 7 that make up the circumferential side of the box, a total of four lid flaps 8, two inside and two outside that make up the lid surface, and a lid flap 8 that is similar to the lid flap 8 that makes up the bottom surface. Consists of ruled lines 10 and notches 12, in which the four bottom forming surfaces 9 of the configuration are connected with ruled lines 10 for bending, and a gluing margin 11 is further provided in succession on the outermost surface of the side forming surface 7. The box development form sheet itself is made into a box with a closed bottom by valley-folding all the ruled lines 10 on the sheet 5 shown in FIG. It is a square box. The pair of buffer members 6 each have a cover receiving surface 13 with a glue allowance 13A that receives the back surface of the front cover 3 of the ventilation fan 4, and an end parallel to the cover receiving surface 13 that receives the rear end of the frame portion 2 of the ventilation fan 4. It has a structure in which the receiving surfaces 14 are connected vertically in a stepped manner by a rising surface 15 that holds one side of the frame part 2, and has an expanded shape as shown in FIG. 2, and is made of a piece of rigid paper. ing. The buffer member 6 has a pair of belt-shaped restraining bands 16 on both side edges of the rising surface 15, which extend to the end receiving surface 14 and are overlapped by bending toward the rising surface 15. Each of these restraint belts 16
are opposed to each other at a distance in front of the rising surface 15 by bending, and hold the opposing side surfaces of the frame portion 2 with their longitudinal edges;
It is bonded to the upper part of the rising surface 15 and the end receiving surface 14 except for the middle part, and usually overlaps the side edges thereof extending from the rising surface 15 to the end receiving surface 14. The shape of the buffer member 6 in which the restraining bands 16 are overlapped is a rectangular shape with a width approximately equal to the width of the side surface 7 of the sheet 5, and has two slits 18 for separating the restraining bands 16. and nine bending lines 19 that all run in the horizontal direction. Note that among the ruled lines 19, those indicated by dotted lines in the figure are for mountain folds, and those indicated by solid lines are for valley folds. As shown in FIG. 1 with the above-mentioned buffer member 6 in its unfolded state, one sheet is inserted between the opposing side surfaces 7 of the sheet 5 and the bottom surface 9 connected thereto. Overlap each other, cover receiving surface 1
By bonding the glue allowance 13A of No. 3 to the upper part of the side surface forming surface 7 and the end receiving surface 14 to the bottom surface forming surface 9 by bonding or the like, the expanded form of the packaging box 1 can be obtained.

る。 The packaging box 1 configured in this way can be constructed by folding the combination of the sheet 5 and the buffer member 6 in the same manner as to make a box, and the buffer member 6 is autonomously configured three-dimensionally inside the box. The part that accommodates the number 4 will naturally be formed. That is,
After the sheet 5 is bent and formed into a box, a ventilation fan 4 is placed between two opposing buffer members 6 formed inside.
Packing is completed by placing the items from above and tying the whole item with tape or belts. The work of constructing the packaging box 1 from the unfolded packaging box 1 is similar to the manufacturing work of simple bending and gluing, and can be done by hand or by machine without any problems. Therefore, not only is it possible to automatically pack the ventilation fan 4 using a device with a relatively simple and trouble-free mechanism, but the main materials for packaging can be handled as a single unit, so no space is required for storage. . Further, there is no need to pay attention to the quantity of packaging materials, and it is possible to plan for overall cost reduction and simplification of packaging work. Note that the restraint belt 16 may be formed independently as a separate member and then bonded together, thereby increasing the strength and buffering capacity of the restraint belt 16 as required.

As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, the ventilation fan packaging box of the present invention includes a box for packing a ventilation fan,
The shock absorbing member that buffers the ventilation fan inside the box is combined into a single unit in the unfolded form, and the box body with the shock absorbing function is created based on a simple bending operation in normal manufacturing work. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the steps of assembling and mounting the buffer member in the packaging work, and the packaging work can be made extremely simple. Therefore, even when it comes to automation, the mechanism of the device can be simplified with fewer troubles. Furthermore, it is easy to store and handle because it can be handled as a single unit, and overall packaging costs can be significantly reduced. In particular, since the restraining band is superimposed on the buffer member, there is an advantage that the buffer member has a high buffering capacity.
