〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は張設したチエーンの切断を簡単かつ確

トシヤツターは第1図に示すように開口した出入
口の上部に開閉機1に連結させたシヤフト2を配
し、このシヤフト2に、上端を開口した出入口の
上部に上端を取付けたシート3を上げ降しするベ
ルトを取付けるベルト方式のほか、大型になる
と、チエーンを用いているチエーン方式を採用し
ている。この後者のチエーン方式は、シート3の
外左右位置に、シヤフト2に固定した駆動スプロ
ケツト5を固定し、この駆動スプロケツト5と対
応させた下方に、従動スプロケツト6を配し、こ
の従動スプロケツト6と前記駆動スプロケツト5
間に無端状チエーン4を懸架し、更にチエーン4
に、カウンターウエイト7と、前記シート3の下
端を取付けるボトム8を受支する支持部材9とを
固定し、駆動スプロケツト5を駆動させてボトム
8を上げ下げし、超音波、光電や無線の操作で自
動的に制御しシートの開閉を短時間で行つてい
る。

設したチエーン4を利用し、一端を前記チエーン
4に接触させ、他端に引張スプリング12を作用
させて中間部を軸支13したレバー14に対向さ
せたマイクロスイツチ10により接点11を切つ
て開閉機1を停止させる方法が採用されている。
即ち第2図の場合、チエーン4が切れると引張ス
プリング12により軸13を中心にチエーンに接
触しているレバー14が回転し、接点11を押し
て開閉機1への電路を断つ方法である。この方法
は停止、始動時の衝撃でチエーンが振れ、誤検知
する欠点があり、又検知器は各チエーン毎に1個
宛設ける必要があるのでチエーンがダブルになつ
ている場合は4個の検知器を設置しなければなら

列になつても蓋の表面積を増大させることで1個
の検知器で検知でき、従来のものに比べ個数が少
なくて済み実益がある。
