There are methods for shorting FG and SG as described above, but the method shown in Figure 2 requires terminals 3a and 3b, their installation, and wiring between the terminals, the frame, and the printed board, which is expensive. On the other hand, the method shown in Figure 3 is simple and inexpensive, but it requires a separate short-circuit and short-circuit release process in the manufacturing and testing processes, which has problems such as interfering with the work flow. .

The above-mentioned problem is that in a device consisting of a conductive frame and a printed board attached to the frame, a connecting means for connecting one end of a shorting piece to an end of the printed board near the frame. A short-circuiting member that is electrically connected to the signal ground line of the printed board is attached, and the connection means of the short-circuiting member is kept insulated from the frame and connected to the outside of the frame on the frame surface facing the short-circuiting member. A window that can be exposed to
This problem is solved by a short-circuiting mechanism configured such that it can be detachably attached to each of the above-mentioned connecting means at both ends of the frame via the frame.

That is, for example, a short-circuiting member provided with a screw hole is mounted on the end face of a printed board, and the printed board is fixed together with other mounted components by dip soldering, while a window is drilled in the frame through which the short-circuiting member is exposed. In the event of a short circuit, one end of the shorting piece is screwed to the shorting member through the window, and the other end is screwed to, for example, a screw hole provided in the frame to achieve the purpose.
