Description
本考案は、カウンターを有する浴槽を浴室に据
え付ける技術に関する。

本考案浴槽の設置構造は、浴槽１のカウンター
２の下面にカウンターフレーム３を取着し、カウ

を浴槽支持架台４で支持でき、これによつて上記
目的を達成するに至つた。
以下本考案の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述す
る。浴槽支持架台４は金属製のアングル材により
枠組みされており、上面部中央には浴槽１を支持
するための角枠状の浴槽保持枠１１が構成されて
いる。浴槽１はFRP（繊維強化プラスチツク）製
などであり、浴槽支持架台４の浴槽保持枠１１内
に浴槽支持架台４と一体にオーバレイ成形されて
おり、浴槽１の上端に形成されたフランジ５が浴
槽保持枠１１の上に被さるようにして形成され、
浴槽１が保持されている。カウンター２は人造大
理石などの重厚感と重量のある素材で形成されて
おり、カウンター２の中央には浴槽１を露出させ
るための開口６が設けられ、カウンター２の下面
には略コ字形のステンレス製のカウンターフレー
ム３が一体に固着されている。即ち、FRP材１
２をオーバレイすることによりカウンターフレー
ム３の上フランジ７近傍がカウンター２下面に固
定されている。更に、カウンターフレーム３の下
フランジ８上面にはナツト９が点溶接により固着
されている。しかして、浴槽１と一体に形成され
ている浴槽支持架台４を浴室に設置した後、カウ
ンター２を浴槽１のフランジ５上面及び浴槽支持
架台４上面に載置し、カウンターフレーム３の下
フランジ８と浴槽支持架台４とをボルト１０で連
結してカウンター２を固定してある。尚、カウン
ター２の浴槽１からの張り出し寸法の大きな箇所
ではカウンターフレーム３及び浴槽支持架台４は
二重に構成され補強されている。
