Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は例えば、キーボード等のスイッチ部等に用いる
フレキシブルパターンに関する。
従来の技術 従来のフレキシブルパターンは回路引出し部の絶縁を第
３図に示す様な構造で行っていた。すなわち図に示すよ
うに回路引出し部２の導電パターン４側に保護シート７
を貼付したシ、又は絶縁塗料を塗布したりして、他部と
の絶縁を行っていた。
発明が解決しようとする課題 しかしながら上記従来構造に於いては、別途用意した保
護シートを貼り付けたシ、絶縁塗料を塗布しているため
高価になるものであった。
そこで本発明は従来の様に他の材料を用いずにフレキシ
ブルパターン引出し部の導電パターンの絶縁を行うもの
である。
課題を解決するだめの手段 本発明は対向するフレキシブルパターンの不要部分を利
用して保護シートの代用をさせたもので、具体的には回
路引出し部と舌片部を有する第１゜第２のフレキシブル
パターンを、それぞれの回路引出し部と舌片部が対向す
るように重合したものである。
作用 したがって本発明によれば、余分な材料を用いることな
く、従来槽てていた材料を利用して絶縁が行える。
実施例 第１図、第２図に示す実施例は、第１．第２のフレキシ
ブルパターン引出し部２の先端部を、外形を同じに切断
した対向する第２．第１のフレキシブルパターンの舌片
部３の先端部のスリット６に、互いに差し込んだもので
ある。なおフレキシブルパターン引出し部先端２には、
舌片部３とのズレを防止する為ズレ防止段６を設けてい
る。なお１は補強板である。
発明の効果 本発明は上記実施例によシ明らかなように、フレキシブ
ルパターン引出し部先端を対向するフレキシブルパター
ンの従来捨てていた舌片部へ差し込むだけの簡単な構造
であり、非常に簡単な製造工法で実施することができ、
且つ、部品コストの上でも非常に有利なものとなる。

第１図は本発明の一実施例を示すフレキシブルパターン
引出し部の平面図、第２図は第１図のＡ−Ａ’の断面図
である。第３図は従来の保護シートを用いたフレキシブ

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 回路引出し部と舌片部を有する第１，第２のフレキシブ
    ルパターンを、それぞれの回路引出し部と舌片部が対向
    するように重合したフレキシブルパターン。
