Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は蓋体に関し、詳細には一体的ヒンジシステムに
より蓋体の残部に接続されたキャップを備える種類の蓋
体に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
蓋体が一体的ヒンジにより容器上の蓋体の部分にヒンジ
接続されたキャップを備えてなる、蓋体を容器に設ける
ことが従来提案されている。従来、この種の蓋体は、ス
ナップ作用を生ぜしめるヒンジ部品の緊張および弾力的
伸長に依存している。
典型的な構造は米国特許第３，６２８，２１５号、第３
，６２９，９０１号、第３，９３３，２７１号、第４，
０４７，４９５号、第４，３８６．７１４号各公報に示
されている。米国特許第４，５４５，４９５号公報は、
蓋体が閉鎖位置にある際直線となりかつ蓋体が開放位置
にある際主シヒンジ軸線に対し平行な平面内で非直線的
形状となる連結部材と主ヒンジとによりカラ一部がキャ
ップに接続されるような蓋体を示している。キャップの
スカート部は主ヒンジの近傍で弾力変形して、キャップ
が開放位置から閉鎖位置まで移動する際にスカート部が
内方向に屈曲する。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
本発明の目的は、閉鎖位置に対し接近離間する際にスナ
ップ作用により作動するキャップを備え、ヒンジの緊張
力に依存せず、高速充填工程に適合して工程速度をより
大にしうるよう最小のヒンジ突出部を備え、低い形状を
与え、か゛フ製作が比較的容易であるような分出用の蓋
体を提供することにある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明によれば、スナップ型ヒンジキャップを有する蓋
体は、容器の開口首部に相互契合するのに適した第１部
材と、キャップを形成する第２部材とを備える。第１部
材と第２部材とのそれぞれは、底壁部と周辺スカート部
とを備える。一対のヒンジが第１部材のスカート部と第
２部材のスカート部との間に延在して、ヒンジラインの
周囲でこれら部材をヒンジ接続する。短いストラップが
第１部材のスカート部と第２部材のスカート部とをヒン
ジ間で周方向に接続する。この短いストラップは軸線方
向に剛性であって、その端部をそれぞれ第１部材のスカ
ート部と第２部材のスカート部とにヒンジ接続する。ス
トラップの半径方向長さは、第２キャップ部材をヒンジ
での移動により第１部材に対し開放位置および閉鎖位置
に案内する円弧の長さよりも小さい。ストラップが接続
された第２部材のスカート部の部分は屈曲することがで
きる。ストラップは第２部材の屈曲スカート部を変位さ
せると共に、スカート部をその性状通路に対し引付ける
ことにより開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で回転させる。こ
の引付作用に対するスカート部の反応は第２部材を開放
状態に維持する傾向を有し、或いは閉鎖運動にて充分な
回転が行なわれた後に第２部材を閉鎖する傾向を有する
。
〔実　施　例〕
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明を実施例につきさらに
説明する。
第１〜１０図を参照して、本発明を具体化する蓋体１０
はたとえばポリプロピレンのようなプラスチックで作成
され、かつ容器Ｃの首部に螺着するのに通した第１部材
１１と、キャップを形成すると共に第１部材１１にヒン
ジ接続された第２部材１２とで構成される。
第１部材１１は底壁部１４と周辺スカート部１５とを備
え、ショルダ一部１６を底壁部１４とスカート部１５と
の接合部に位置せしめる。チューブ状注ぎ口１７が底壁
部１４の外表面から突出して、面取りム１８で終端する
。環状ビード１９を注ぎ口１７の内側表面に形成する。
スカート部１５は内ネジ２０によりその内側表面に形成
されて、容器Ｃの首部におけるネジに係合する。注ぎ口
１７は容器の内容物を分出する出口を形成し、ここに蓋
体を施す。
第２部材、すなわちキャップ部材１２には底壁部材２１
と周辺スカート部２２とを形成する。ショルダ一部１６
は、スカート部２２の自由端部２３に係合するのに適す
る。離間した同心壁部２４．２５を底壁部２１の内表面
に設け、これらは注ぎ口１７に対し入子状となってこの
注ぎ口ｌ７をキャップが閉鎖位置まで移動した際に壁部
２４と２５との閥に形成された環状空間に収容する。壁
部２５を壁部２４よりも軸線方向に短くして、キャップ
１２が壁部２４と注ぎ口１７とを係合させる位置まで旋
回運動するのを可能にする。
面取りム１８は内側壁部２４を注ぎ口１７の開口部に案
内する。外側壁部２５の内径をリム１８の近傍にて注ぎ
口１７の外径よりも若干小さくし、壁部２５が注ぎ口１
７の外表面に係合してこれを封止するようにする。ビー
ド１９は最内壁部２４に摩擦嵌合を与えて、容器の内容
物に対する密シールを確保すると共に、リム１８近傍の
領域における内容物の注ぎ口を清浄する。この摩擦嵌合
は、さらに閉鎖位置に第２部材１２を固定する。
第１部材１１の周辺スカート部１５には偏平外表面２６
を形成し、これを第２部材１２のスカート部２２におけ
る部分２７に位置せしめ、この部分２７を使用者の指と
係合させて蓋体を開放しうるようにする。部分２６は周
方向に延びかつスカート部に融和して、キャップ部材１
２がはね上がらないようにすると共に閉鎖容器のキャッ
ピングやケース充填を妨げないようにする。
一対の一体的な可撓性ヒンジ３０が第１部材１１と第２
キャップ部材との隣接部分の閥にスカート部１５．２２
およびその各底壁部１４．２１の接合部領域から延在す
る。ヒンジ３０は何らの実質的応力を伴わずに屈曲して
、部材１１と１２との間にヒンジラインを形成する。比
較的剛性の短いストラップ３１が、半径方向ラインに沿
ったヒンジ３０間Ｇ；でスカート部１５．２２を接続す
る。ストラップ３１は比較的剛性であり、かつより薄い
一体的な可撓性ヒンジ３２により部材１１のスカート部
１５に接続される一方、より薄い一体的な可撓性ヒンジ
３３により部材１２におけるスカート部２２の部分３４
に接続される。
ストラップ３１は、スカート部１５に対するヒンジ３０
のヒンジ接続個所から軸線方向に離間した個所にて、ス
カート部１５にヒンジ接続される。
ストラップ３１は、スカート部２２に対するヒンジ３０
の取付個所を含む平面に位置する個所にてスカート部分
３４にヒンジ接続される。その結果、第７図に示したよ
うに部材１１が開放して両部材の軸線が平衡になった際
、ストラップはスカート２２の自由端部とヒンジ３０を
含む平面に対し鋭角へを形成する。ス１ラップ３１の半
径方向長さは、開放位置および閉鎖位置に対しヒンジ３
０の運動により第２キャップ部材１２が案内される円弧
の半径よりも小さい（第７図）。キャップ部材１２の隣
接壁部の部分３４をスカート部２２の残部よりも薄くし
て、ストラップ３１が壁部部分３４を第９図および第１
０図に示したように角度Ｂだけ半径方向外方に屈曲する
ようにしく第９図）、かつ壁部部分３４が唯一のバネと
して作用することにより、キャップ部材１２を移動させ
てこのキャップ部材１２を開放もしくは閉鎖させるよう
にする。ストラップ３１はキャップ部材１２の壁部部分
３４を変位させると共に、スカート部をその正常通路に
対し引付けることにより開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で回
転させる。この引付作用に対するスカート部の反応は第
２部材を開放状態に保つ傾向を有し、或いは閉鎖運動に
際し充分な回転が行なわれた後に第２部材を閉鎖する傾
向を有する。
第９図および第１０図を一層詳細に参照して、蓋体が開
放位置から閉鎖位置まで移動する際ストラップ３１は緊
張下に置かれ、かつストラップはこれら部材が通過する
円弧よりも短い長さを有するので、薄い壁部分３４を部
材１２に対し第１０図に示した位置まで半径方向外方に
屈曲させる。
ストラップ３１における最大緊張力の個所にて壁部分３
４の屈曲により与えられたバネ力は、キャップ部材１２
を閉鎖位置の方向へ移動させる傾向を持った応力を与え
る。この部材が開放位置の方向へ移動する際、壁部分３
４が開放位置へのキャップ部材１２の移動に際し屈曲す
るという同し状態が達成される。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）容器の開口首部に相互係合するの適した第１部材
    と、 キャップを形成する第２部材と を備え、これら第１部材と第２部材とのそれぞれは底壁
    部と周辺スカート部とからなり、さらに前記スカート部
    から突出する一対の一体的ヒンジと、 前記スカート部から前記ヒンジの間の半径方向ラインに
    沿つて延びる一体的ストラップと を備え、前記ストラップは接手方向に比較的剛性である
    と共に前記スカート部へ比較的薄い一体的ヒンジにより
    接続され、 前記ストラップの半径方向長さは第２部材をヒンジでの
    移動により開口位置および閉鎖位置に案内する円弧の半
    径よりも小さく、一方の前記スカート部の壁部分が半径
    方向外方に屈曲しかつ前記第１部材を開口位置および閉
    鎖位置の方向へ押圧する唯一のバネとして作用するよう
    にしたことを特徴とするスナップ型ヒンジキャップを有
    する蓋体。
  2. （２）第２部材におけるスカート部の１部をこのスカー
    ト部の残部より薄くして半径方向の屈曲を容易化させて
    なる請求項１記載の蓋体。
  3. （３）ストラップが薄いヒンジ間にてほぼ均一な厚さを
    有する請求項１記載の蓋体。
  4. （４）ストラップが、第１部材のスカート部に対するヒ
    ンジの取付個所から軸線方向に離間した形態にて第１部
    材のスカート部にヒンジ接続されてなる請求項１記載の
    蓋体。
  5. （５）ヒンジが、第２部材におけるスカート部の第１縁
    部に対しほぼ平行な平面内に位置する請求項４記載の蓋
    体。
  6. （６）第２部材のスカート部に対するストラップのヒン
    ジ接続個所とヒンジとが、前記第２部材を第１部材に対
    し充分開放した位置にした際に、ほぼ同一平面内に位置
    する請求項５記載の蓋体。
