Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes an installation base body formed into a framework by welding and welding groove-shaped steels having a substantially U-shaped cross section to each other, and forming a space 2 inside the framework. Reference numerals 3 and 4 denote fluid manifolds installed on the installation base 1, which have fluid circulation holes formed inside.
Fluid devices such as electromagnetic valves 5, 6, flow rate control valves 7, 8, pressure control valve 9, etc. are stacked and fixed on top of 4. 10 is a supply pipe, and 11 is a discharge pipe, which are connected to the space 2. 12 is a groove shaped steel located near the electromagnetic valves 5, 6...
It is placed facing outward. 14 is a lid member;
The opening of the groove 13 is closed to form a wiring pipe 15, and 16 is a mounting bolt for a cover member 14, and the cover member 14 is provided to be detachably attached to the groove shaped steel 12. 17, 18... are through holes formed in the groove shaped steel 12 corresponding to the electromagnetic valves 5, 6... to which pipe joints 19... are attached. 20, 21... are flexible electrical conduits connected between the electromagnetic valves 5... and the pipe joints 19.... Reference numeral 22 denotes an electric conductor, one end of which is connected to the electromagnetic valve 5, passed through the electric conduit 20, and housed in the groove 13 for wiring. 23 is a terminal box attached to the side of the installation base 1.

In addition, since the groove shaped steel for housing and wiring the electrical conductors of the solenoid valve forms a framework-shaped installation base, there is no need to provide a groove shaped steel for housing and wiring the electrical conductors. The configuration of the device can be simplified. Further, since the installation base is formed into a frame shape so as to have an internal space, the internal space of the installation base can be effectively used, and the device can be miniaturized.
