本考案は、多数の電磁弁を包含した流体機器を

部に断面が略コ字形のみぞ形鋼を用い、電磁弁の
電気導線をみぞ形鋼のみぞ内に収装配線するよう
電磁弁に接続した電線管をみぞ形鋼に接続して成

の流通孔を形成しており、流体マニホールド3,
4上には電磁弁5,6…流量制御弁7,8…圧力
制御弁9…等の流体機器を積層して配設固定して
いる。10は供給管、11は排出管で、空間2に
係装している。12は電磁弁5,6…の近傍に位
置したみぞ形鋼で、みぞ13の開口を配設基体1
の外方に向け設けられている。14は蓋部材で、
みぞ13の開口を閉じて配線管15を形成するよ
うにし、16は蓋部材14の取付けボルトで、蓋
部材14はみぞ形鋼12へ着脱自在に設けてい
る。17,18…は電磁弁5,6…に対応してみ
ぞ形鋼12に形成した貫通孔で、管継手19…を
取付けている。20,21…は可撓性の電線管
で、電磁弁5…と管継手19…間に接続してい
る。22は電気導線で、一端を電磁弁5に結線
し、電線管20内を挿通してみぞ13内に収装配
線している。23は配設基体1の側部に取付けた
