As an example of the separation part 5 provided in the hollow part 16, the abrasive material 8 falls under its own weight through the small holes 15 of a spiral gutter having a large number of small holes 15 to prevent the medals C from falling, The abrasive material 8 slides down on the abrasive material return plate 13 provided at the lower end, and is returned into the inner cylinder B through the abrasive material drop port 7.

である。 In other words, in order to polish reliably with the conventional screwdriver shown in Figure 3, the polishing time must be extended, which makes the entire device large-scale and requires a large space. The idea is that since the diameter of the tapered screw 2 gradually decreases upward, the medals being lifted will fall through the gap between the tapered screw 2 and the inner cylinder B, be lifted again, and then fall again. Since the process is repeated, even if the distance of the tapered screw 2 is short, the time for the medal C and abrasive material 8 to be stirred and in contact is long enough to remove dirt from the medal C. Therefore, large-scale equipment and a large space are required. There is no such thing.

るメダル研磨機。 An outer cylinder has a medal input part at the lower part of the outer surface and a medal ejection part at the upper part on the opposite side, a medal drop opening at the lower end of the outer surface, an abrasive overflow port at the upper end of the opposite side, and a medal discharge port below the outer cylinder. An inner cylinder with an abrasive drop port provided at the lower end thereof is erected on the substrate, an inclined medal sliding plate is attached to the medal input portion and the medal input opening, and a hollow space is formed between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. In order to separate the partially polished medals from the medal abrasive material made of synthetic resin, a separation gutter having a large number of small holes, the tip of which is located at the abrasive overflow port and the end of which is located near the medal discharge port, is installed in a spiral shape. The medals are wound around the disk and are discharged from the medal discharge port to the outside through the medal discharge port, and the medal abrasive material discharged from the abrasive overflow port and the medal discharge port is transported to the polishing machine provided below through the small hole of the separation gutter. The abrasive material falls onto the reducing plate, is returned to the inner cylinder through the abrasive drop port, and a driving part is provided at the top of the inner cylinder, and a rotary shaft to which a screw is attached, one end of which is connected to the driving part, is connected to the top and bottom of the inner cylinder. The screw is rotatably mounted in the inner cylinder via a rotation receiving part provided at the end, and the outer diameter of the screw is such that the outer diameter of the uppermost screw is approximately the radius of the outer diameter of the lowermost screw. A gradually tapered intermediate screw is formed, and the medal abrasive material is fed into the inner cylinder so that it is almost full at all times. A medal polishing machine characterized in that the medals are polished by adhering dirt on the medals to a medal polishing material by repeatedly stirring the medals so that the dirt is removed.
