The present invention relates to the improvement of a waterproof adhesive sheet that is attached to the deck of a ship to completely seal doors, hatches, etc., and to prevent water from seeping into the inside of the ship. As shown in Fig. 1, the conventional structure of this type of waterproof sheet for ships is that a natural-colored rubber containing no color pigments or a fiber layer 2 is placed on an adhesive layer 1 mainly made of asphalt, rubber, and mineral oil. A plastic sheet layer 3 was provided. When using such a waterproof sheet for ships, for example, as shown in FIG.
Adhesive layer 1 of the waterproof sheet to completely seal the
Attach one waterproof sheet 4a to deck 5.
The waterproof sheet 4b is pasted flat on top, and another waterproof sheet 4b is pasted so that its ends overlap to form a waterproof structure for practical use. However, on the deck of a ship, people and other heavy objects are constantly loaded and subjected to impact, and it is also severely affected by weather conditions including seawater, and as mentioned above, the overlapping portion of the waterproof sheet 4b Since it is bent rather than flat, it is constantly subjected to stress due to its own weight, so it ages relatively rapidly and is the first to develop cracks, which triggers the loss of all waterproof and adhesive functions. It was observed that the rate of decline rapidly decreased. However, such waterproof sheets must be inexpensive and easy to paste and replace, so fundamentally different materials are expensive even if they have superior performance, and there is little hope for a practical product to emerge. . As a result of various studies, the inventor of the present invention solved the conventional drawbacks in terms of performance by using a colored rubber or plastic sheet layer 3c instead of the conventional natural-colored rubber or plastic sheet layer 3 that does not contain colored pigments. At the same time, the present invention provides a waterproof adhesive sheet that is not expensive. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the waterproof sheet of the present invention has a colored rubber or plastic sheet layer 3c on an adhesive layer 1 mainly made of asphalt rubber and mineral oil, with a fiber layer 2 such as cheesecloth or cotton cloth interposed therebetween. It is provided. This coloring can be done in black (carbon black), red (bengara), blue (phthalocyanine blue), yellow (oxide yellow), or green (phthalocyanine green), but there are slight differences depending on the type of pigment. The presence of this pigment blocks light rays and makes it difficult for plastic and asphalt layers to deteriorate compared to those that are generally colorless (natural color) and transparent. Therefore, in the case of conventional waterproof sheets, it was unavoidable that cracks would occur relatively quickly at the overlapped portions shown in Figure 2, but the presence of the pigment ultimately prevents the occurrence of cracks in the waterproof sheet and provides a long-term lifespan. Waterproof adhesive performance can be maintained for a long period of time. Incidentally, the results of a comparative test between the embodiment of the present invention and the conventional product are shown in the following table. However, the sample will eventually be 1.0 mm thick, 150 mm wide, and 10 mm long.
mm. Also, the sheet according to the present invention is a sheet in which carbon black is added to polyethylene.
The comparative example is polyethylene without the addition of this pigment.
