Publication No. 57-116797 discloses a horizontal running water washer in which the fabric is guided from the bottom to the top in a zigzag pattern while reciprocating back and forth, and during this time the cleaning liquid flows down from the top to the bottom for cleaning. . That is,
A large number of large-diameter guide rollers are arranged vertically in the casing in a zigzag pattern in two rows, front and back, and cleaning liquid can be stored below each of these large-diameter guide rollers. A liquid collection gutter is provided in which the lower part of the guide roller is immersed, and the large diameter guide roller guides the spread fabric upward in a zigzag pattern while reciprocating back and forth from the lower part of the casing 1 to near the top stage. The cleaning liquid is sprayed from a nozzle onto the fabric hanging on the large-diameter guide roller, part of this cleaning liquid is transferred upward with the fabric, and the rest is sequentially flowed downward to wash the fabric. It is compressed by a squeezing roller located above the large-diameter guide roller in the upper stage and sent upward.

いた。(Problem to be solved by the invention) Conventionally, a nozzle for supplying cleaning liquid was provided only above the large-diameter guide roller at or below the top stage, and the cleaning liquid was sprayed onto the fabric hanging on the large-diameter guide roller. However, since the fabric was washed by flowing this washing liquid down in sequence, lint, fiber waste, and other impurities tend to accumulate at the bottom of the liquid collection gutter located below each of the many large-diameter guide rollers. To remove it, workers had to enter the casing and tilt or remove the collection gutter. In particular, when washing is performed following the desizing process or scouring process after burning, a lot of fuzz and sizing agent fall off from the fabric, which increases the number of times the liquid collection gutter needs to be cleaned and the number of cleaning workers required. In addition to this, the operating rate of the cleaning equipment was significantly reduced.

W overflows. That is, the liquid overflows from the opposite sides of the front row liquid collection gutter 3 and the rear row liquid collection gutter 3, respectively. Therefore, the cleaning liquid W is sprayed downward from the nozzle 11 on the upper side opposite to the overflow port 3c.
collides with the bottom plate of the liquid collection gutter 3, violently agitates the cleaning liquid W accumulated in the liquid collection gutter 3, pushes it out in the direction of the overflow port 3c, and removes fiber debris etc. accumulated on the bottom with the cleaning liquid. It flows together with W from the overflow port 3c and flows down onto the fabric F below. Therefore, the cleaning liquid injection nozzle 11 is provided for each liquid collection gutter 3, and the on-off valve 10a of the branch pipe 10 is provided for each cleaning liquid injection nozzle 11, so the on-off valve 10a can be opened individually. , the liquid collection gutter 3 can be cleaned one by one. For example, an electromagnetic on-off valve is used as the on-off valve 10a, and these electromagnetic on-off valves 1
The liquid collecting gutter 3 can be cleaned periodically by automatically opening and closing the cleaning liquid gutter 0a and opening a large number of cleaning liquid spray nozzles 11 sequentially from the top one and for short periods of time.

列の集液樋3と対称的に形成されている。 As shown in FIG. 2, the front row liquid collection gutter 3 includes a main body portion 3a that covers the front lower part of the large-diameter guide roller 2 in an arc shape and is slightly inclined upward at the rear, and this main body portion 3a.
It consists of an auxiliary gutter 3b connected to the rear end, and an overflow port 3c is provided at the rear edge of the auxiliary gutter 3b, so that the lower part of the large diameter guide roller 2 is immersed in the cleaning liquid W stored in the main body part 3a. , the cleaning liquid W is applied to the main body part 3a.
It overflows from the trailing edge and flows into the auxiliary gutter 3b, and further overflows from the overflow port 3c and flows down onto the fabric F below. An intermediate guide roller 6 for bending the fabric F into a chevron shape is provided slightly behind the large-diameter guide roller 2, and a guide bar 6 is provided below the overflow opening 3c so as to be in contact with the lower surface of the fabric F passing through this portion. 7 is provided in the width direction. In addition,
The liquid collection gutter 3 in the rear row is formed symmetrically with the liquid collection gutter 3 in the front row shown in FIG. 2 above.

A cleaning liquid spray nozzle 11 (see FIG. 2) is fixed to each of the tips of four second branch pipes 10 branching from the pipe 9, and the cleaning liquid spray nozzle 11 is provided downward slightly behind the large diameter guide roller 2. It is being An on-off valve 8a and a heater 12 are interposed in the cleaning liquid supply pipe 8, and a steam pipe 13 equipped with an on-off valve 13a is connected to the heater 12 so that the cleaning liquid is heated when it passes through the heater 12. It's getting old. Note that the other first branch pipe 9 extends rearward, and four second branch pipes 1 branch from it.
0, the cleaning liquid injection nozzle 1 is installed in the same way as in the front row.
1 is fixed. An electromagnetic on-off valve 9a is provided near the tip of the first branch pipe 9 on the front row side, and an electromagnetic on-off valve 10a is provided on each branch pipe 10.
These electromagnetic on-off valves 9a, 10a are electrically connected to a controller 14, and the injection timing of the cleaning liquid W is controlled by the controller 14, so that the cleaning liquid is always jetted from the cleaning liquid nozzle 4 at the top of the front row, and from the other cleaning liquid injection nozzles. From 11 onwards, every predetermined time,
And from the top of the back row to the bottom, 5~
The cleaning liquid is sprayed for 10 seconds at a time, and the inside of the liquid collection gutter 3 is cleaned by this spray.

After filling the auxiliary gutter 3b in order, it flows down from the overflow port 3c, and a part of this flowing cleaning liquid is carried by the fabric F to the liquid collection gutter 3 in the second stage of the rear row, and the rest is directly below (the second stage in the front row). This process is repeated in order until all the liquid collection gutter 3 are filled with the cleaning liquid W, and the fabric F rising in a zigzag pattern from below sequentially flows into the cleaning liquid W in the liquid collection gutter 3. Soaked and cleaned. Then, a cleaning liquid injection nozzle 11 located above the opposite side of the overflow port 3c of each liquid collection gutter 3
When the cleaning liquid W is sprayed downward from the main body 3
The cleaning liquid W in a is rapidly pushed out through the auxiliary gutter 3b, and the inside of the liquid collection gutter 3 is cleaned. in this case,
In this embodiment, the fabric F passing below the overflow port 3c
Since it is supported by the guide bar 7, the fabric F is not dented by the weight of the washing liquid W flowing down in large quantities, and almost all of the washing liquid W immediately flows downward. In addition, in this embodiment, the main body 3a of the liquid collection gutter 3 is formed by a gently sloping bottom plate, and the auxiliary gutter 3b
Since it is connected to the main body part 3a, fiber waste etc. accumulated on the main body part 3a can smoothly flow out.

The liquid collection gutter can be cleaned by flushing away fiber debris etc. accumulated in the liquid gutter together with the cleaning liquid. Since there is no need for a worker to enter the casing or to stop the machine during this cleaning, the operating rate of the machine is improved compared to the conventional method. In particular, by attaching an electromagnetic on-off valve to the cleaning liquid injection nozzle, it is possible to automatically control the operation of a large number of cleaning liquid injection nozzles and automate the above-mentioned cleaning.
