いう原因になつていた。 Conventionally, as seedlings for automatic rice transplanters, Matsuto Seedling is a method in which a seedbed is created in a seedling box and the seedlings are sown on top of it. root to be (tap root)
The growth of the seedlings is inhibited by the bottom plate of the nursery box, and there is a tendency for dense planting to form a certain pine tree.
This hinders the growth of the seedlings, making it impossible to expect healthy development, and the roots of the seedlings become tangled inside the nursery box, so when removing the seedlings one by one using the planting claw of the rice transplanter. There is a problem that the roots are cut off and the seedlings are planted in this cut state, which has a negative effect on the growth of the rice, and in particular weakens its durability against cold damage. In addition, since the seedlings are planted on the pine in a scattered manner, the planting interval of the seedlings does not match the seedling picking pitch with the planting claw, which causes missing plants and damage to the seedlings at the time of planting. I was getting used to it.

It is necessary to use it in combination with, and although its function also prevents root entanglement,
The growth of the taproot is hindered in the same way as in the pine seedlings mentioned above,
Furthermore, there are many drawbacks, such as not only the product remains as garbage when planted in the field, but also the manufacturing process is labor-intensive, resulting in high costs.

うとするものである。 Therefore, in this project, seedling pots are formed by pulp molding, which is made up of seedling pots that are partitioned into independent structures and are arranged in a row in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the seedlings are raised in this pot. It prevents root entanglement and root breakage during planting, allowing seedlings to grow with excellent durability against cold damage, etc.
In addition, by planting the seedlings in an aligned state that corresponds to the seedling picking pitch with the planting claws to prevent missing plants and damage to the seedlings at the time of planting, and by manufacturing the pulp molded product by molding the pulp. In addition to making manufacturing easier and reducing costs, it also makes it possible to bury the seedling pots by assimilating them into the soil after planting, and the water absorbency of using this pulp as a material prevents the seedling pots from becoming excessively dense. Weakening is prevented by water-resistance strengthening treatment, and an appropriate softening state due to appropriate water absorption is obtained. By applying this, the seedling pot can be easily divided from this continuous part, and furthermore, the bottom plate of the seedling pot can be used for rooting so that the growth of the taproot will not be hindered by the bottom plate of the seedling pot. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a seedling-raising pot in which a through-hole is formed and the taproot extends from the through-hole to promote healthy growth of the seedling.

It is configured as follows. In this case, each of the seedling pots a is formed into a tapered rectangular pot with an opening 1 on the top surface slightly wider than the bottom surface, and the adjacent seedling pot a is formed at the upper edge thereof.
A continuous portion 2 is formed between the two. In this seedling raising pot A, after seedlings are raised in each seedling pot a, the seedlings are placed on the rice transplanter as they are, and each seedling pot a is planted as one plant. The number of rows in a row in the horizontal direction corresponds to the number of times seedlings are taken during one horizontal movement of the seedling table in the rice transplanter, and the number of rows in a row in the vertical direction takes into account the overall size of the seedling raising pot A. In this embodiment, there are 14 pieces in the horizontal direction and 29 pieces in the vertical direction. Further, the size of each seedling pot a is made to correspond to the amount of seedlings taken by the planting claws, that is, the horizontal feed pitch of the seedling stand and the vertical feed pitch by the vertical feed device.

うな程度に強化するものである。 In addition, 3 is a through hole for rooting made in the bottom plate 4 of each seedling pot a, and the tap root r extending from the seed rice can pass through this through hole 3 without being hindered from growing by the bottom plate 4 of the seedling pot a. It will extend through the inside.
Then, the above-mentioned seedling-raising pot A is appropriately treated to strengthen its water resistance except for the continuous part 2 between the seedling pots, and the seedling pot A is
By preventing the part from being excessively weakened due to the water absorption of the pulp during the seedling-raising period, and by not applying water-resistance strengthening treatment to the continuous part 2, the water from the continuous part 2 of each seedling pot a is allows for independent division of still. As this water resistance strengthening treatment method, the third method is
As shown in the figure, melts of waxes or thermoplastic resins, thermosetting resins such as melamine resins, epoxy resins, polyamide epichlorohydrin resins, phenol resins, and solutions or emulsions of thermoplastic resins such as polystyrene are used. Part A of the seedling pot A is immersed with the installation part 2 left in place, and in this case, the water-resistant chemical solution 5 flows into the seedling pot A from the through hole 3 of the bottom plate 4, and the seedling pot A is soaked in the seedling pot A. Effective treatment is possible because the water resistance is enhanced from both the outside and inside surfaces. still,
As a method of water resistance strengthening treatment, waxes or resins may be applied or sprayed. In addition, the degree of water resistance reinforcement is such that the seedling pot a will not be torn due to the tension of the seedlings during the seedling-raising period, and the seedling pot a will not lose its shape due to excessive water absorption, and after planting. It strengthens the soil to such an extent that it gradually assimilates into the soil.

ある。 Therefore, in order to raise seedlings using the seedling raising pots A of the present invention, first fill the seedling pots A with culture soil to create a seedling bed 6, then sow seed rice onto this seedling bed 6, and then raise the seedlings. The pots A are buried so that each seedling pot a is about half buried in the foundation soil 7. In this state, the seedlings are germinated and grown as seedlings n. At this time, since each seedling pot a is divided into independent structures, root entanglement does not occur between the seedling pots. It is. In addition, when growing several seedlings n in each seedling pot a, root entanglement will occur in each seedling pot a, but in this case, since each seedling pot a is planted as one plant, the root No cuts will occur. In addition, the taproot r extending from the seed rice in the seedling pot a reaches the bottom of the seedling pot a and then extends into the foundation soil 7 from the through hole 3 of the bottom plate 4, and this taproot r
It promotes the natural growth of seedlings and makes them grow healthy. Since this seedling raising is carried out in wet soil containing a large amount of moisture, the seedling pot a tends to become soft due to the moisture, but in this case, the seedling pot a is treated to strengthen its water resistance. There has never been a case where the seedling pot a has been damaged due to the tension of the roots, and excessive softening has been prevented, so there is no inconvenience such as the seedling pot a losing its shape. It should be noted that if the pulp used as the material of the seedling raising pot A is impregnated with fertilizer, there is an advantage that the seedlings can be raised and the rice can grow effectively after planting.

ないのである。 When the seedlings n have grown to the required size as described above, the entire seedling raising pot A is then taken out from the basic soil, placed as it is on the seedling stand of the rice transplanter, and placed in the planting claw. Place each seedling in pot a
One plant is planted in succession in the field. In this case, each seedling pot a is separated independently from the continuous part 2 by the planting claw, and seedlings are planted with this seedling pot a attached, but in this case, the water resistance is strengthened. The treatment was applied to the part a of the seedling pot, and the continuous part 2 of the seedling pot a was not subjected to water resistance strengthening treatment, so the continuous part 2 of the seedling pot a
It is possible to divide the file into two parts, and moreover, the division can be done reliably and easily. In addition, although this seedling pot a has been treated to strengthen its water resistance, since the material is pulp, it is possible to bury it by assimilating it into the soil after planting, and this seedling pot a remains and grows rice. There is no problem with the growth of children.
