い。(Conventional Known Technology) As a conventionally known technology, the foot flexion/extension exercise device shown in the invention of Utility Model Publication No. 58-45727 uses a hinge type foot plate for both feet arranged in parallel on a base plate. It is pivoted so that it can be opened and closed vertically, and an elastic body is interposed between the plate and the base plate to constantly apply elastic force in the expansion direction, and by stepping on the foot treadle, vertical movement similar to stepping motion is achieved. This is what we do. Therefore, the only effect that can be expected is through bending and stretching movements involving the toes, ankles, and joints of the legs.

る。 By the way, the most effective stepping exercise is the movement of the soles of the feet, especially the stimulation of the so-called potholes, which are the areas where the acupuncture points gather. This is because the flexor digitorum longus tendon and flexor pollicis longus tendon, which are representative of the quadratus plantaris muscle that forms the sole of the foot, form the base of the foot, and are connected to the tibial nerve that runs along the tibia, which supports the lower limb. The lateral plantar nerve is also subdivided at the base of the foot, and has many blood vessels. Stimulating very important parts of the body in this way to train muscles and promote blood flow is most important for maintaining health, but the above-mentioned ideas have no effect in this regard. .

考案にはない。 Next, the lower limb training exercise device shown in Utility Model Publication No. 54-23420 is horizontally mounted on a base, a rocking plate is swingably attached to the shaft rod, and a spring body is interposed between the plate and the base. A footrest is provided on the upper surface of the rocking plate, and a large number of anti-slip and stimulating protrusions are provided on the footrest, but the sole of the foot is originally curved upward at the center. Therefore, even if the foot rest is curved to match the curvature of the sole of the foot, the projections will stimulate the entire surface of the sole excluding the foot. The present invention does not have a structure that stimulates the sokudo fumazu.

An arcuate notch is provided at the center of the inner side of a pair of foot plates that are swingably provided on the base plate, a vibrating body is provided between the base plate and the foot plate, and a part of the vibrating body is exposed from the notch. This problem is solved by making it possible to perform foot stepping movements while providing stimulation to the foot of the foot.

に行える。(Function) To explain the function of the present invention, when the motor 9 is activated by operating a switch (not shown) at the same time as both feet are placed on the foot treadle 1 and the foot is stepped, the weight 10 is fixed to the motor shaft. Because of this, the small motor vibrates significantly up, down, left and right. This vibration is transmitted from the vibration shaft 7 to the vibrating body 8. In another example, the vibration of the motor is transmitted to the vibrating body 14 via the vibrating plate 13. Therefore, the sole of the foot receives moderate stimulation from the vibrating body exposed through the notch 3 during the stepping motion. Since springs 6 are attached to the front and rear sides of the foot treadle, the foot treadle 1 swings using the protrusion 5 on the lower surface as a fulcrum when stepping. The spring is stretched against its elasticity, so a strong force is required at the toe, and when force is applied to the heel, the front spring is stretched against its elasticity, so a strong force is required at the heel. Therefore, stepping exercise can be performed more effectively.

Attach the upper end of the spring 6 to the lower surface of both the front and rear sides of the foot treadle so that it can swing freely using this part as a fulcrum,
The lower end of the spring locks onto the base plate. In order to attach a vibrating device to the foot pedal device having the above configuration, in one example, a cylindrical vibrating body 8 molded from an elastic material is rotatably attached to both ends of the vibrating shaft 7, and a part of the vibrating body is exposed through the notch. let Therefore, no severe friction occurs when stimulating the soil. A motor storage part 11 is fixed to the lower surface of the center of the vibration shaft, a small motor 9 is installed therein, and a weight 10 is eccentrically attached to the end of the motor shaft.
The lower end of the vibration shaft is supported by the upper ends of support rods 12, 12 made of elastic material and fixed onto the base plate 1. Although not shown in the drawings, small stimulation projections may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the vibrating body 8.

The nerves distributed in the soil are one of the motor nerves and are also connected to the sciatic nerve. Therefore, it stimulates the various muscles and nerves that make up the soil, increasing blood flow, improving motor function, and strengthening not only the lower limbs but the whole body. Also, standing on the swinging footboard has excellent effects such as developing a sense of balance.
