It is something to do. In accordance with Japanese Patent Application No. 57-34183 (Japanese Patent Application No. 58-152504), the applicant has developed a shoe last with a hanging lace, left and right side molds, and a protrusion narrowed at the lower part of the heel on the molding surface. We have proposed an injection molding method for shoes, which is characterized by injecting a sole molding material into a molding gap formed by an upright sole mold and integrally molding the sole on the sole of the lace. Depending on the height of the protrusions, the protrusions can significantly impede the fluidity of the sole molding material in the heel molding cavity, resulting in insufficient filling of the sole material, resulting in a high defect rate and high costs. There was a drawback.

製造法を第2の発明とするものである。 This invention eliminates these drawbacks, and includes grooves 1, 1, which open on the ground surface in the heel portion of the sole of the shoe.
An injection molded shoe characterized in that the grooves 11, 11... formed on the central side a of the heel part are shallower than the grooves 12, 12... formed on the left and right sides b, b... The first invention has a shoe last 4 in which the left and right side molds 2, 2 and the laces 3 are suspended, and protrusions 511, 511 formed on the heel molding center side a', and the left and right sides b', Protrusions 512, 512... formed on b'
The sole molding cavity 6 formed by the sole mold 5 having lower protrusions 51, 51... is passed through the injection port 7 provided at the rear center of the heel part of the molding cavity 6. After molding the sole 8 by injection filling the material and simultaneously adhering the sole 8 to the laces, the protrusion 5 is
1, 51..., the sole 8 is formed into a sole mold 5 by a conventional method.
A second invention provides a method for manufacturing injection molded shoes characterized by cooling the shoes by cooling the shoes.

51... may be integrally formed flat plates or corrugated plates arranged in parallel in the transverse direction as shown in Fig. 5, or in parallel in the longitudinal direction as shown in Fig. 6. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7, a large number of independent devices may be arranged at regular intervals. In this invention, when the protrusions 51, 51, . protrusion 51,5 at a'
1... are formed with recesses 5110, 5110..., and the protrusions 511, 511... located on the central side a' are formed lower than the protrusions 512, 512... located on the left and right sides b', b', and If the recesses 5110, 5110... of the protrusions arranged in the transverse direction are expanded radially in the direction of the toe, the recesses 511, 511...
The treading part of the sole molding material is passed through the injection port 7 provided at the center rear c' of the heel part of the sole molding cavity 6.
Since the fluidity in the direction from d' to the toe part e' is promoted, the rejection rate is further reduced.

In the second invention, when the sole molding material is injected into the sole molding cavity 6 through the injection port 7 provided at the center rear c' of the heel part of the sole molding cavity 6, the protrusion provided on the sole mold 5 The protrusions 511, 51... are formed on the heel molding center side a, and the protrusions 512, 512... are formed on the left and right sides b', b'.
Since it is formed lower than the heel molding side a', the molding gap is expanded, and the fluidity of the sole molding material in the direction from the treading part d' to the toe part e' is promoted. Insufficient filling of the sole molding cavity 6 with the sole molding material is avoided, the defective rate is reduced, and shoes with stable quality can be provided at a low price. In addition, after the sole 8 is formed, the sole 8 can be cooled and solidified by the sole mold 5 in a conventional manner through the protrusions 51, 51, etc., so even if the heel of the sole 8 is thick, the heel Cooling time is short and efficient. The molded sole 8 has grooves 1, 1... formed in the heel, so it is lightweight.
Moreover, the grooves 1, 1, .
is formed with a thick wall, so even if the grooves 1, 1... are formed in the heel part of the sole, bending deformation in the heel part of the shoe sole is prevented, and a sole with excellent durability can be provided. . Further, since the grooves 12, 12, . . . are formed deeply on the left and right sides b, b of the heel center side a of the sole, appropriate cushioning properties can be maintained by the grooves 12, 12, .
また溝1,1…を薄肉に形成しておけば、履用
時に溝1,1…に小石等がかみ込まれることなく
便利である。 Furthermore, if the grooves 1, 1... are formed thin, it is convenient to prevent pebbles or the like from getting caught in the grooves 1, 1... when worn.
