この考案は、菓子生地などを乾燥又は焙煎する
機械等ににおいて、角度をなして配置される搬入
装置と、搬出装置との連接部で、搬入装置から送
られる生地を搬出装置に均等に撒布することを目
的とした生地撒布装置に関するもので、搬送装置

かも良好に生地を焙煎その他で加工することが困

であつて、搬入装置の前縁近傍に、生地撒布用の
円錐状回転体が回転自在に架設されたこと特徴と

(考案の作用)

位置および円錐の回転速度を調節することにより

記横送りコンベア2のフレーム5の一側に、リン
クアーム6の基端を固定し、リンクアーム6の先
端部に回転軸7を縦に架設し、回転軸7はギヤボ
ツクス8の出力軸となつており、ギヤボツクス8
の入力軸10には、フレキシブルシヤフト9の先
端が連結され、フレキシブルシヤフト9の基端は
モータ11の軸に連結されている。前記金網コン
ベア3のフレーム12上には、櫛歯状の規制板1
3が上向に固定され、規制板13には調節ボルト
14の一端部が嵌入しており、ナツト15で固定
され、調節ボルト14の他端はリンクアーム6の
先端側へ固定されている。前記リンクアーム6
は、リンク片6a、6bをピン連結し、水平方向
移動自在に構成されている。図中16,17は金
網コンベア1,3の案内ローラ、18は横送りコ
