性等に優れ、且つ下地コンクリートの通気性を阻
害しない等の諸特長を備えた天然石風壁面の形成
方法を提供することを目的とするものであつて、
下地面にモルタルを吹付けてモルタル層を形成
し、該モルタル層が未乾燥で湿潤状態にある間
に、その表面に、天然石粒供給ホツパーを備え、
該ホツパーの下部にエアーノズルを配置すると共
に該エアーノズルと所要の間隔を保つて前側に天
然石粒噴出ノズルを同心的に配置し、且つ該噴出
ノズルの通孔の略上半分のみを覆つて下方を開放
した半割円筒状の庇体を該噴出ノズルの後部に一
体に設けて成る吹付けガンを用いて天然石粒を吹
付けることにより、該天然石粒をモルタル層面に
食込ませた状態で圧入付着させ、モルタルの乾燥
により該天然石粒を強固にモルタル層面に固着さ
せて表面を天然石粒で被覆形成することを特徴と
する天然石風壁面の形成方法に係るものである。

れの付着防止の目的で、表面に撥水剤としてシリ
コン樹脂を塗布し、天然石風壁面の施工を完了す
るものである。

部の天然石粒が噴出空気に阻害されることなく庇
体の上部に沿つて崩落するに伴い、ホツパー1内
の天然石粒を確実に下部に落下させ、順次に連続
して円滑に該天然石粒を噴射でき、したがつてモ
ルタル層面に対する天然石粒の圧入被覆を斑なく
完全に達成できるものである。

せて表面を天然石粒で被覆形成することを特徴と
する天然石風壁面の形成方法。 2 モルタル層の表面を天然石粒で被覆形成した
後、さらに表面に撥水剤を塗布することを特徴と
する特許請求の範囲第1項記載の天然石風壁面の
