(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above-mentioned hanging string packs were all developed by the present applicant, and in the case of the former, both ends of the hanging string of the tee pack main body are connected to one part of the heat-sealed part. Since protrusions are formed on both the front and rear sides of the side surface, and the protrusions are connected to the protrusions in a tensioned state, it is easy for other objects to get caught on the hanging string, and if something gets caught, the tensile force will be reduced. This has the disadvantage that the protrusion is easily separated from the tea pack body, and it is technically extremely difficult to sandwich and glue both ends of the hanging thread to the protrusion when the tea pack is continuously manufactured by automatic packaging. Therefore, there were problems in that it was not only difficult to manufacture, but also required extra packaging material, making it extremely uneconomical.

In the latter case, both ends of the hanging string of the tea pack body are connected to a part of the heat-sealed edge that forms the bag-shaped pack body, with the ring-shaped part exposed to the outside. Compared to the former method, it has the advantage that the thread can be attached more firmly, automatic packaging is easier, and the amount of packaging material used can be reduced. It is not possible to use the thread string by cutting it off from the edge of the heat seal along with a part and using it as a knob piece, and the thread string cannot be used by making it long, so it is necessary to form a long ring-shaped part that protrudes to the outside,
This not only requires a large amount of material for the thread string, which is extremely uneconomical, but also increases the protruding length of the thread string, which makes it difficult for the thread string to line up against the flow of the film during automatic packaging. Applicable to equipment that requires bag-making at a rate of about 50 to 60 bags per minute, and where the yarn has to be pulled out to the side, ensuring that both ends of the thread are securely clamped to a part of the heat-sealed edge at the same time. Connecting them is technically extremely difficult because the direction of film flow and the direction in which the thread is pulled out are different, and as a result, the bag-making speed has to be drastically reduced, resulting in a significant drop in production efficiency. There was a problem.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, greatly reduces the amount of packaging material and yarn used, enables high-speed production, has extremely high production efficiency, and is highly economical. Both ends of the string can be reliably fastened and connected at the same time, and when immersed in water or hot water, the string can be used with its ring-shaped protrusion, and in the case of boiling water, the corner of the heat-sealed edge By separating the corner part from the heat-sealed edge along with one end of the thread string to lengthen the thread string in a straight line, the fingertips are not burned by steam, and at the same time, the corner part is formed into a triangular grip part. To provide a pack with a hanging string that can be easily caught on the fingertips and can be used with boiling water, cold water, and warm water, and can securely grip the string.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention forms a rectangular bag-like pack body for sealing the contents by folding or laminating two sheets of plastic film or fiberboard made of the same material. A ring-shaped part is exposed to the outside on a part of the heat-sealed edge that has the required width and does not have a protruding part for attaching both ends of the thread string, and both ends of the thread string are attached to the heat seal. In a pack with a hanging string, which is connected by adhesive bonding at the same time while being interposed on the seal edge, the attachment end of the thread is attached to the corner of the heat-sealed edge on the side of one attachment end of the thread. A perforation is provided for cutting off the heat-sealed edge from the top side to the side, and one end of the thread is heated with the heat-sealed edge remaining as a triangular grip. It is constructed so that it can be separated from the seal edge.

(Function) When immersing the rectangular bag-shaped pack body in water or hot water during use, leave the string in the ring-shaped protrusion as shown in Figures 1 and 2 and pinch the rear part of the rectangular bag-shaped pack body. All you have to do is immerse it in water or hot water. If you immerse the rectangular bag-shaped pack body in hot water, use the perforation to separate one of the attachment ends of the string from the heat seal edge. Then, extend the thread attached to protrude in a ring shape into a long straight line, and pinch the part of the heat-sealed edge separated from the perforation with your fingertips as a triangular grip to avoid burning your fingertips from the steam. First, the square bag-shaped pack body is immersed in hot water and the contents are shaken out.

(Effects) As explained above, according to the present invention, a plastic film or a fiberboard made of the same material can be folded or assembled to have the required width to form a rectangular bag-like pack body for sealing the contents. A state in which a ring-shaped part is exposed to the outside on a part of the heat seal edge that does not have a protrusion for attaching both ends of the thread, and both attachment ends of the thread are interposed on the heat seal edge. In a pack with a hanging string, which is connected by adhesive bonding at the same time, the heat-sealed edge is attached to a corner of the heat-sealed edge on one side of the attached end of the thread, leaving the attached end of the thread. A perforation is provided for cutting diagonally from the top edge to the side edge, so that one end of the string can be separated from the heat seal edge while leaving the heat seal edge as a triangular grip. Because of this, the amount of packaging material and thread used can be greatly reduced compared to conventional products, and high-speed production is possible with extremely high production efficiency and economic efficiency. It is possible to securely fasten and connect both ends at the same time, and when using it, there is no risk of burns when immersing it in water or hot water, so the thread string can be used with the ring-shaped protrusion as it is. In the case of boiling water, the corner of the heat-sealed edge is separated from the heat-sealed edge along with one end of the string to lengthen the string in a straight line, thereby preventing the fingertips from being burned by the steam. The corner portion is shaped like a triangular grip so that it can be easily caught on the fingertips, and the thread string can be gripped securely. It has excellent practical effects such as being able to be used for boiling water, cold water, and hot water. .
