It has been proposed as an aromatic metal in which a porous sintered metal body is impregnated with an aromatic agent. This aromatic metal is produced by adding an adhesive to metal powder, kneading it, molding it, and sintering it, or by press-molding it by a conventional method and then sintering it to form a porous sintered material. A crystalline metal body is formed, an aromatic agent is impregnated into the pores, and a fragrance is emitted from the aromatic agent. If this is used for jewelry, etc., when it comes in contact with the human body, the internal fragrance will emanate due to the temperature rise, but this is because the sintered body is sintered by adding an adhesive or by applying pressure using conventional methods. , the porosity is low, and the pores are not infinitely curved. For this reason, the impregnation of fragrances such as perfumes is insufficient, and even if they adhere to the human body or clothes, they remain for about a week at most, and there are no examples of them being put to practical use as accessories. Furthermore, if an adhesive is added, the adhesive burns during sintering, contaminates the sintering atmosphere, and impairs sinterability, making it difficult to use the product as it is as an accessory.

Irregular unevenness and numerous pores are exposed, making it impossible to obtain a beautiful, glossy surface layer. In other words, in order to increase the porosity, it is possible to extremely reduce the pressure before sintering, that is, to form it in a state close to no pressure and then sinter it. Therefore, it is said to be unsuitable for items that require complex patterns and shapes, such as jewelry, and so far, jewelry made of aromatic metals has not yet been proposed or implemented.

The sintered body has pores 1b formed between most of the powder particles 1a, these pores 1b communicate with each other, and the communicating pores 1b are infinitely bent, so the porosity is wide. be enhanced. In addition, this accessory 1 is pressurized with, for example, a plate-like material interposed between its upper and lower surfaces to obtain a beautiful luster on the upper and lower surfaces, while reducing the diameter of the communicating pores 1b compared to the inside, so that the porosity of these communicating pores 1b is reduced. The overall volume is adjusted to 60-65%.

が得られない。 In other words, if the porosity is less than 60%, it is extremely difficult to maintain the fragrance for a long period of time, for example, 6 months; It becomes below.
In other words, in order to increase the percentage to 65% or more, no pressure is applied at all even after sintering, as described later, and as a result, the irregular irregularities that occur on the top surface remain as they are, resulting in the beautiful luster necessary for jewelry. Surface cannot be obtained.

Furthermore, other powders besides metals and alloys can be mixed.

However, even if the density of the upper and lower surfaces is increased in this way, according to the vacuum impregnation method, the aromatic agent, etc. can be impregnated into the communicating pore 1b from the small-diameter entrance without any problem. That is, when impregnating the communicating pores 1b of the porous sintered body 1 with perfume or other aromatic agents, for example, the communicating pores 1b of the porous sintered body 1 are impregnated with
By suctioning the remaining air in b to reduce the pressure in the communicating pores 1b, the aromatic agent can be impregnated by suctioning into the air and impregnating it.

In addition, these communicating pores are extremely large, accounting for 60 to 65% of the volume, and can be impregnated with a large amount of fragrance, etc. Also, the communicating pores are infinitely curved, and the upper and lower surfaces are made highly dense by pressurization, so they are interconnected. The diameter of the pores is narrower on the upper and lower surfaces compared to the inside, and the impregnated aromatic agent is released very slowly, allowing the fragrance to last for a long time and creating a glossy upper and lower surface. is obtained, and a desirable accessory is obtained.
