Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、裏面に環状の粘着剤塗層部により囲

しい塗膜厚が得られず一層強力な封口を有する場
合に適した粘着ラベルを製造することができない
不便があつた。本発明は、かゝる従来の此種粘着
ラベルの製造法の上記欠点を解消し、仮え曳糸性
をもつ一般の粘着剤をも使用し得られ粘着性接着
性を自由に変えた各種の粘着ラベル等の封緘紙を
自由に得られる製造法を提供するもので、粘着材
塗層の両面に剥離抵抗の比較的大きい剥離紙と剥
離抵抗の比較的小さい剥離紙を重合した両面粘着
シートに、半打抜切断加工又は完全打抜切断加工
を施して所望の輪廓形状の半打抜型部又は完全打
抜型部を形成し、次でこの輪廓形状部と剥離抵抗
の小さい剥離紙とを除去し、その露出した粘着剤
塗層面に表面基材シートを貼着重合し得られる重
合体シートに該表面基材シート面側から輪廓形状
打抜孔を囲繞して所望形状の半打抜切断加工を施
し、所望の輪廓形状に切断された表面基材シート
部の裏面に環状の粘着剤塗層部により囲繞された
無塗膜部を有するようにしたことを特徴とする。

値の比は、1対1.1以上、一般には、1対1.2〜5
位のものを使用することが好ましい。上記に代
え、粘着剤の塗布は、逆に、剥離紙3bの上面に
行ない、その粘着剤塗層2の上に剥離紙3aを加
圧貼着するようにしてもよいことは勿論である。
又粘着剤塗層内部に不織布、和紙等の支持体を有
してもよい。

が全くなく、所望の粘着剤を使用し所望の強度の
粘着性を有する内部に塗着剤のない面部を有する
環状の粘着剤塗層を具備した各種の貼着紙が自由
に製造できる効果を有する。
