うにしている。(Prior Art) This type of ceiling ladder device includes a ladder storage frame that is rectangular in plan and has an open top and bottom surface, and one end of the ladder storage frame that opens and closes the opening 11fjF on the bottom of the ladder storage frame. A canopy supported by the ladder storage frame as an opening/closing center, and a ladder attached to the upper surface of the canopy so as to be folded so as to extend toward the free end of the canopy and to be stored in the ladder storage frame. The canopy closing rotational force applied by a tension spring is opposite to the canopy opening rotational force due to the own weight of the canopy and ladder assembly when the canopy starts to be opened. is large, and after the two rotational forces are balanced in the process of opening the canopy, the ladder storage frame is suspended by a suspension means that makes the rotational force for opening the canopy larger than the rotational force for closing the canopy. The canopy can be opened and closed with a small amount of operating force.

必要が生じ、作業性を悪くする。Furthermore, if the canopy opening angle at which the canopy opening rotational force and the canopy closing rotational force are balanced is set small, the canopy can be opened to the balanced opening angle by applying a slight pulling force when opening the canopy. From the equilibrium position to the maximum opening angle, the canopy opens forcefully due to rotational force and inertial force, causing inconveniences such as damage to the center of rotation of the canopy and the possibility of collision with the operator. When storing the ladder, it is necessary to apply a large upward force to return the ladder from the maximum open angle to the angle where the rotational force is balanced, which impairs work efficiency.

Folding ladders are arranged in a row so as to be freely foldable, and the fixed ladder has an undulating tread that can be raised and lowered so that it stands up when the sliding ladder slides and extends, and the tread can be set on an extension of the step of the fixed tread. A canopy to which the provided ladder assembly and a fixed ladder of the ladder assembly are fixed, is provided with electric traction means capable of pulling the sliding ladder in the sliding direction, and closes an opening surface on the lower surface of the ladder storage frame. The canopy is pivotably opened and closed on the inner surfaces of both side plates of the ladder storage frame so as to rotate about a horizontal rotation axis provided on the opposite side of the extension direction of the ladder assembly. At the same time, a closing rotational force applying means is provided around the pivot portion to always apply a rotational force in the direction of closing the canopy, and a closing rotational force applying means is provided around the pivot portion, and a closing rotational force applying means is provided around the pivot portion, and a closing rotational force applying means is provided around the pivot portion, and a closing rotational force applying means is provided around the pivot portion, and The inner surface of both side plates,
They are connected by a bending link that is bendable and regulates the opening angle of the canopy, and the end of the fixed ladder near the center of rotation of the canopy and the bending part of the bending link are connected so as to be bendable by a lever for opening and closing the canopy. The connecting part between the canopy opening/closing lever and the fixed ladder moves in the sliding direction following the sliding movement of the sliding ladder, and is engaged so that the following is released at a predetermined opening angle of the canopy. It is characterized by

By means of a lever for opening and closing the canopy which, at the same time, engages the fixed ladder and follows the sliding movement of the sliding ladder as it slides in the direction of extension on the top.

As a result, a canopy closing rotation force is applied with the rotation center as a fulcrum, and the canopy is closed in conjunction with the closure rotation force that is always acting by the closure rotation force applying means, and the ladder assembly fixed to the canopy is closed. The body is now stored within the ladder storage frame.

業により、天井用梯子の配設と収納が達成される。(Effects of the Invention) According to the ceiling ladder device according to the present invention described above, a closing rotational force in the direction of closing the canopy is always applied to the canopy, which can be opened and closed about the single rotation central axis as a fulcrum. At the same time, a sliding ladder with folding ladders connected thereto is slid on a fixed ladder, the sliding ladder is towed and slid by an electric traction means, and the canopy to which the ladder assembly is fixed is opened and closed. Since it is controlled by an electric traction means and the ladder assembly is extended at the same time as the opening and closing of the canopy, the ladder device can be opened and closed safely and smoothly in a short time using a small drive motor with extremely low capacity. At the same time, installation and storage of the ceiling ladder can be achieved by simple operations such as operating the opening/closing operation switch and folding the folding ladder.

。For this reason, when the canopy opens to its maximum opening angle, unlike in the past, it opens forcefully, causing inconveniences such as damaging the center of rotation of the canopy and potentially colliding with the operator. Moreover, even when storing a ladder, the drawback that the canopy collides with the ceiling with force is eliminated.

Furthermore, since a folding ladder that can be manually folded is connected to the extension direction end of the sliding ladder, sliding of the ladder is performed at a certain height or higher out of the reach of young children. To safely arrange and store a ladder without the risk of hands being caught in sliding parts or between the extending ladder and the floor.

However, it can be used as a ceiling ladder device.

の天井用梯子装置。[Scope of Claims] 1. A ladder storage frame 3 having a rectangular planar shape with an open upper and lower surface formed by a pair of opposing end plates 1, 1 and side plates 2, 2, and this ladder storage frame 3. A folding ladder which is housed in a ladder and has a fixed tread 28b stepped at one end of a sliding ladder 30 which extends and contracts by sliding on the fixed ladder 29. 31 are foldably connected, and the fixed ladder 29 has the fixed treads 28a, 28 that stand up when the sliding ladder 30 slides and extends.
A ladder assembly 4 is provided with an undulating tread 39 that can be raised and lowered so that the tread is stepped on the extension of the step b, and a fixed ladder 29 of this ladder assembly 4 is fixed, and the sliding ladder 30 is It comprises a canopy 5 that is equipped with an electric traction means that can be pulled in the sliding direction and closes the opening surface on the lower surface of the ladder storage frame 3, and this canopy 5 is placed on the opposite side of the extension direction of the ladder assembly 4. It is pivotally attached to the inner surfaces of both side plates of the ladder storage frame 3 so as to be able to open and close freely so as to rotate about a horizontal pivot axis A provided therein, and in a direction that always closes the canopy 5 around the pivot portion. The device is provided with a closing rotational force applying means for applying a rotational force of 1, and is capable of bending both sides of the open/close free end side of the canopy 5 and the corresponding inner surfaces of both side plates of the ladder storage frame 3. They are connected by a bending link 10 that regulates the opening angle, and the end of the fixed ladder 29 near the center of rotation of the canopy 5 and the bending part of the bending link 10 are connected by a lever 17 for opening and closing the canopy so as to be bendable. The connecting portion between the canopy opening/closing lever 17 and the fixed ladder 29 is a following means that moves in the sliding direction following the sliding of the sliding ladder 30 and is released from following at a predetermined opening angle of the canopy 5. A ceiling ladder device, characterized in that it is engaged by B. 2. The electric traction means includes a traction wire 4 wound around a traction drum 25 driven by a forward and reverse rotation motor 23.
9 is wrapped around the traction wire trochanter 46 attached to both ends of the inner surface of the sliding base frame 32, and fixed to a wire fixing pin 47a protruding from the inner surface of one end of the handrail frame 35 of the sliding ladder 30. The ceiling ladder device according to claim 1, wherein the other end of the pulling wire 49 is fixed to a wire fixing pin 47b protruding adjacent to the wire fixing pin 47a.
