Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize the rotation of a winding hook of a net stitching machine in the production of a fishing-net having a knot resistant to slippage of knot, by hooking a warp and a weft with a rotary winding hook of a net stitching machine and knitting a net under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:A winding hook 1 is rotated 250 deg. and then 160 deg. in the direction reverse to the first rotation while lifting a weft 6 with a weft-lifting plate 8 and the weft is hooked with the winding hook while lowering the lifting plate 8. The winding hook is rotated 360 deg. in the same direction while lifting a warp 5 with a yarn-traverse 9 and then rotated 160 deg. in the same direction. The warp is lowered with the traverse and hooked with the winding hook. The winding hook is rotated 160 deg. in the direction of the first rotation and rotated 270 deg. in the same direction in a state holding the warp hooked with the winding hook, the warp is pulled out through the loop formed by the warp and the weft and the weft is passed through the loop.

(Prior Art) Up until now, fishing nets have mainly been single-knot or double-knot. It can be said that single knot or double knot fishing nets are still mainly used in many fishing areas. These single-knot or double-knot fishing nets are relatively easy to manufacture because the knot structure is relatively simple, but especially in nets using monofilament yarn, the thread slips at the knots and the mesh Problems such as misalignment of the eyes have been pointed out. In other words, in the conventional single knotting and double knotting, only the warp threads are hooked on the winding hook,
In this state, the winding hook was rotated to create a loop, the hook was inserted through this loop to pull out the warp, and the weft was threaded through this to form a knot. For this reason, even if the net is heat-set after knitting, there is a risk that the threads will slip at the knots, causing misalignment. Since mesh misalignment causes many problems for fishing, many efforts have been made to improve this problem. As a result, it was realized that
A knot is formed by hooking both the warp and weft threads onto the hook, and the knot formed by this means that the warp and weft threads intertwine with each other to form a single knot, which prevents misalignment and turning of the knot. None of them existed. The applicant of the present application was the first to develop a fishing net with such knots in the fishing net industry and put it into practical use (Patent No. M748877). However, since then, many proposals have been made using this basic idea. For example, Special Publications No. 48-10511, No. 49-70
98, 51-22550° 52-35788, 5
3-27392, 53-1301:3, 55-37
622, 57-60460, 57-42739, and 57-42740. This type of fishing net has both the warp and weft threads hooked onto a single hook and rotates to form complicated knots, so the problem with this type of fishing net is that the production efficiency is lower than in the past. exist. Fishing nets consist of two threads, warp and weft, and are manufactured by forming numerous knots one by one with these threads.
The manufacturing efficiency naturally affected the manufacturing cost.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention minimizes the rotation of the winding hook of a knitting machine during production by hooking the warp and weft yarns on one winding hook to form knots with no misalignment. It is intended to be formed by By doing so, it is possible to produce fishing nets with uniform knots with high efficiency and to provide them at low cost.

(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention is a knitting machine equipped with a rotatable winding hook, and the winding hook is rotated 2,500 times, and while the weft is pushed up by a weft lifting plate, the winding hook is rotated at a speed different from the initial rotation. Conversely, rotate 1600 times, lower the weft lifting board and hook the weft thread onto the winding hook, then rotate the winding hook further in the same direction for 3600 revolutions, while lifting the warp yarn with the extra swing, and then hook the winding hook. 1600 further in the same direction
Rotate and pull down the warp threads with an extra swing to hook the warp threads onto the winding hook, then rotate the winding hook 1600 times in the same direction as the first rotation, keeping the warp threads hooked on the winding hook, and then turn the winding hook in the same direction. 2
This fishing net manufacturing method is characterized by rotating the net 700 times to pull out the warp threads from a ring of warp threads and weft threads, and passing the weft threads through them.

is a winding hook, and the bottom of this winding hook 1 is provided with a groove 3 through which a hook 2 passes. Further, the winding hook 1 is mounted in a box shape (not shown) that can swing back and forth. 4 is the warp thread 5
and a comb-shaped separator that separates the weft threads 6. 7 is a guide plate that guides the formed net fabric. Reference numeral 8 denotes a weft thread lifting plate for pushing up the weft thread 6, and has a mechanism that allows it to be moved up and down. 9 is an after-swing for passing the warp thread 5 therethrough and guiding the warp thread 5 downward and left and right. 10 is a boat shape that accommodates the weft. The knitted net using such a knitting machine is A-K in Fig. 2.

That is, FIG. 2A shows a state in which a nodule is about to begin to form. First, rotate the maki hook to the left. That is, from the one shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2B, when the weft is lifted by the weft lifting plate, the weft is positioned on the side of the hook of the winding hook. In this state, rotate the hook 1600 times to the right. Then lower the weft thread lifting plate to the initial position. This state is C in Figure 2.
is shown. Continuing, move the maki hook 1 further to the right by 36o.
It rotates and lifts the warp threads 8 by the aftershock 5. This state is shown at D in FIG. Next, the winding hook 1 is further rotated 160 degrees to the right to hook the warp threads onto the winding hook as shown in Fig. 2E, and then the warp threads 8 are pulled down by the aftershock 5, thereby hooking the warp threads 8 onto the winding hook 1 ( (See Figure 2F). Next,
Rotate the hook 1 to the left 1600 times as shown in Figure 2 G), then turn the hook 1 to the left 2700 times as shown in Figure 2 H.
In this way, a special twisted loop of warp and weft threads is formed.

In this state, move the hook 2 as shown in Figure 2 I in the direction of the arrow until the hook part of the hook protrudes from the opposite side through the groove at the bottom of the hook (see Figure 2 J). ). In this state, the extra swing is made to move, thereby hooking the warp threads 5 on the hooks 2. In this state, the hook 2 is then pulled back in the direction of the arrow as shown in FIG. 2, and the warp threads 5 are passed through the warp and weft loops to form warp thread loops. The hull form 10 housing the weft yarn 6 is passed through the warp loop thus created, and the weft yarn is pulled out. This state is shown at L in FIG. In this state, the winding hook 1 is removed and moved in the direction of the arrow in the second diagram to remove it from the nodule, thereby completing one nodule. This returns the state to that shown in FIG. By repeating this action, knots are created and a net fabric is created. Figure 3 shows the structure of the knots created in this way after loosening them. As shown in the figure, the warp and weft yarns have a knotted structure in which they are well intertwined with each other. In addition,
In the example above, only one example is shown for hanging the warp and weft threads on the maki hook, but it is also possible to hang the warp and weft threads on the maki hook from the opposite direction to the direction shown in the figure. The hook can be rotated in the opposite direction, and furthermore, the warp can be hooked onto the hook on the opposite side.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, a fishing net with knots in which both the warp and the weft are well entwined can be manufactured by significantly reducing the rotation angle of the winding hook compared to the conventional method. . This shortens the time required to form knots, increases the rotational speed of the knitting machine, and improves productivity. Of course, the fishing net obtained according to the present invention does not have any shifting or turning, and is equivalent to or better than this type of fishing net knot.
