は例えば実開昭57−153196号公開実用新案公報記
載の様に通常窓の巾に相当する細長い円筒形であ
つて、これに巾広の帯状の塩化ビニリデン糸等で
製網した網を装着するが、その装着手段としては
上記円筒形の巻胴の全長に互りその一母線に沿つ
て小さな溝を配設し、この長溝へ網の端部をその
巾一杯に挿入しその際その網の端部へ塩化ビニイ
ル材の細紐を少々差込んで網と共に上記長溝へ挿
入装着させる事に依つて網を巻胴へ固着する構成
をとる事が多かつた。併乍ら、この装着手段に依
ると、巾が広く然も撓性、弾性に富む網の材質に
起因して、網の端縁を塩化ビニイル材の細紐に
少々巻込んだ状態で上記巻胴の長溝へ圧入する事
は可成り免倒な作業となり、亦、紐に網を巻かず
単に長溝の上部へ網の端部を置き、その上から細
紐を圧入する方法の場合は長期の網の昇降操作に
依つて網の端部が巻胴の長溝から抜出したりして
来て破損状態を招く事に成り、製品の寿命を縮め
る事に成る。然も装着の際、網と細紐との長溝へ
の挿入を確実にする為力を入ると、巻胴はその断
面が略円形の円筒体である為、作業台や加工機の
台盤上で巻胴が転つたり、辷り易く、この現象は
作業能率を著しく阻げ網戸の加工・組立時に於る
最大の隘路と成つていた。

円筒形の中空体から成る。4は網戸の網で、塩化
ビニリデン.ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル系の
高分子化合物の合成樹脂製の糸を織成等に依り製
網した網で、この網を窓等の開口部に勢記収納ボ
ツクス1の網の引出スリツト13から引降し開口
部Cの全面を蔽う事に依り室外からの虫の侵入を
阻止する。14は網戸Aの下框で、網4の下端の
全巾に互つて配備し、網戸下框の上縁に設けた網
の装着部8の長溝へ塩化ビニイル材の紐状の網押
えを網の下端縁に沿つて圧入する等して網の下端
を下框へ固装する。6は網戸の下框14の一部又
は全巾に互つて配設した網戸の網の昇降用の把手
で、上記網の装着部8の長溝及び該把手6は、ア
ルミニウム合金材の押出し型材、合成樹脂材の押
出し成型材により網戸の下框と一体に成形する事
が可能である。7は網昇降用のガイドレールで、
網戸の両側の竪框に附設する。9は収納ボツクス
1の下端隅部の前記引出しスリツト13に近接し
て収納ボツクス1の下端のリツプ状の長溝に嵌着
した網戸の網4の全巾に互つて網4と接触するモ

巻胴3の全巾に互り配設した角形或は巾着形の断
面の長溝で、この長溝10には網4の上端縁を巻

台や、機械作業の際巻胴3を載置する台盤上で巻
胴3が転つたり辷つたりしない場所として、巻胴
3の長溝10の対向部の外周か、又はそこより稍
づれた位置の外周が適当で、使用する治具、或は
固定具等との関係に依り適宜平坦部12の位置を
設定する事とする。
