Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、個人住宅に設けられるホームエレベータに関
する。
〔従来の技術〕
近時、住宅難を解消するため、２世代、３世代が同一家
屋に住むことが推奨され、この種類の世代が共に住む２
階建てや３階建ての個人住宅が増加している。そして、
この個人住宅においては、階段を老人が上り下りするの
が不便であり、又、転落する危険を伴うことから、これ
まで老人用居室は１階に設けられることが多かった。
しかしながら、１階は日当たりや見晴らしが悪いなどの
理由で、老人用居室を２階や３階に設けることもあり、
このような場合、前述した階段を上り下りすることに伴
う問題を考慮して、例えば、実開昭６２−２６３７０号
公報に示されるように、２階建て、３階建て等の住宅に
設けられるホームエレベータが提案され、一部で実使用
されている。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上記従来技術においては、例えば、火災が発生した場合
についての配慮がなされておらず、２階や３階に住む老
人が乗かごに乗って避難する場合、乗かごから出た老人
は１階を通りこの１階の出入口より外部に退避するが、
この１階を通るのに手間取ったり危険な状態を通過しな
ければならないという問題があった。
本発明の目的は、乗かごから１階の階床を通ることを要
することなく、直接住宅外部に脱出することのできるホ
ームエレベータを提供することにある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
上記目的は、複数の階床を有する住宅に、昇降路と、こ
の昇降路内を上下動する乗かごを備えたホームエレベー
タにおいて、前記昇降路下部に外部に通じる脱出口を設
け、且つ、前記束かごに、前記脱出口に通じる出口を備
えることにより、達成される。
〔作用〕
脱出口が昇降路下部の外部に通じる箇所に設けられると
共に、乗かごには、前記脱出口に通じる出口が設けられ
ている。火災等が発生して避難するとき、２階や３階か
ら乗かごに乗って１階まで降り、乗かご内から乗かご出
口とこの出口に通じる脱出口とを介して外部に直接脱出
できる。これにより、安全に、且つ、迅速に避難するこ
とができる。
〔実施例〕
以下、本発明の一実施例を図に基づき説明する。
第１図は本発明の一実施例になるホームエレベータを示
す縦断面図で、第２図は第１図に示すホームエレベータ
が設けられた住宅の斜視図である。
図において、Ｉは住宅、例えば３階建て個人住宅、２は
住宅１の玄関、３は住宅１の側壁部に立設される昇降路
、４は昇降路３の下部に設けられ外部に通じる脱出口、
５は下端が昇降路３の下部に取り付けられ伸縮可能なプ
ランジャ、６はプランジャ５の上端に固設され昇降路３
内を上下動する乗かご、７は乗かご６に設けられ脱出口
４に対向可能な出口、１１，１２．１３はそれぞれ住宅
１の階床で、乗かご６が１階の階床１１で停止すると、
乗かご６の出ロアが脱出口４に対向するようになってい
る。又、例えば、３階の階床１３に図示しない老人用居
室が設置されている。
しかして今、例えば、火災等が発生して避難を要すると
きにおいて、３階の階床１３に住む老人が、３階の階床
１３から乗かご６に乗り込み１階の階床１１まで降りる
。この時、乗かご６の出ロアを開き、この出ロアに対向
する昇降路４の脱出口８を開き、これらの出ロア、脱出
口８を介して直接外部に脱出することができる。
尚、乗かご６が１階の階床１１に停止した時、Ｉ　Ｉｌ
ｌの階床１１が危険な状態でなければ、この階床１１に
降りて避難することもできる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、乗かご内から１階の階床を通ることを
要することなく、直接住宅外部に脱出することができ、
火災時など老人等が乗かごに乗って２階や３階から避難
しようとするとき、安全に、且つ、迅速に避難すること
ができるという効果がある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数の階床を有する住宅に、昇降路と、この昇降
    路内を上下動する乗かごを備えたホームエレベータにお
    いて、前記昇降路下部に外部に通じる脱出口を設け、且
    つ、前記乗かごに、前記脱出口に通じる出口を備えたこ
    とを特徴とするホームエレベータ。
