The disadvantage is that the engagement with the case is not reliable and there is still a risk that the slider may pop out due to the biasing force of the coil spring.

体3を分解すればよい。 The slider 6 has a main body portion 6d fitted with a coil spring 5, and the main body portion 6d is fitted into the case 4. At this time, the guide protrusion 6k is fitted and guided by the guide groove 2a, and the stepped portion 6l is fitted into the case 4. It is pushed in while being in contact with the upper surface of the terminal board 2. However, case 3
Since the front plate part 3b of the slider 6 is sunk downward by a distance l as shown in FIG.
The front plate portion 3b is gradually press-fitted into the lower surface, and the front plate portion 3b is gradually elastically deformed upward to form a rear window hole 3a. At this time, the front plate portion 3b is elastically deformed and returned downward, so even if the slider 6 is urged in the return direction by the coil spring 5, the stopper portion 6f comes into contact with the front edge 3a-1 of the window hole 3a, causing the slider 6 to return. A directional stop, that is, a lock is provided. According to this, since the slider 6 is temporarily assembled to the case 4, there is no need to hold it by manual external force, and there is no fear that the slider 6 will pop out, and subsequent assembly work can be facilitated. When inserting and assembling the slider 6 into the case 4, the front plate portion 3b should be aligned in the thickness direction (upward direction).
Since the slider 6 is elastically deformed, it is easily inserted. However, when a force is applied to pull out the slider 6 in the direction of arrow A, the stopper portion 6f is pressed against the front edge 3a-1 of the window hole 3a by the front plate portion. Since the front plate portions 3b face each other in the longitudinal direction and abut against each other, the front plate portion 3b is not elastically deformed and the slider 6 is prevented from coming off. Moreover, in order to disassemble the slider 6, it is sufficient to disassemble the terminal board 2 and the case body 3.

At this time, the lower ends of both outer convex portions 6m of the slider 6 are respectively close to and spaced apart from the protrusions 2c on both sides of the terminal board 2, and come into contact with each other to prevent excessive inclination when the slider 6 is tilted during sliding. In this embodiment, the lower end of the stepped portion 6l is in contact with the upper surface of the terminal board 2, but the lower end of the guide protrusion 6k may be in contact with the bottom surface of the guide groove 2a, or both outer protrusions 6m may be brought into contact with the lower end of the guide protrusion 6k. The lower ends may be brought into contact with the upper surfaces of both side protrusions 2c.

Although it is energized in the direction (arrow A direction),
The slider 6 is stopped at a position where a lock pin 9, which will be assembled as described later, is engaged with the heart-shaped cam portion 6h. When fitting the coil spring 5, for example, if the rear end of the coil spring 5 does not fit well into the outer periphery of the protrusions 2d, 3g and gets caught on the front ends of the protrusions 2d, 3g and remains in contact with the slider 6. When the coil spring 5 is pushed in, the coil spring 5 is interposed between the protrusions 6c-2d and 3g, causing the inconvenience that the pushing stroke cannot be ensured. However, according to this embodiment, the rear end of the coil spring 5 is connected to the protrusions 4d, 3g. 3g inclined part 2d-
1 and 3g-1 so that the slider 6 is properly guided in the outer circumferential direction and fitted, so that the specified amount of pushing stroke of the slider 6 can be ensured without causing the above-mentioned catching and abutment. Incidentally, a similar sloped portion may be provided only on the projecting portion 6c side of the slider 6, or a sloped portion may be provided on either the projecting portion of the case 4 or the slider 6.

せた後、板バネ8を矢印A方向へ引抜けばよい。 The leaf spring 8 is made by folding one leaf spring in half as shown in FIG. 2 and FIGS. 4 A to D to form upper and lower leaf spring parts 8.
a, 8b, and the upper plate spring portion 8
a has engaging convex portions 8c on both sides and guide pieces 8d extending diagonally downward rearward from the respective engaging convex portions 8c, and the lower plate spring portion 8b has bent pieces 8e on both sides, cut and raised diagonally downward in the front. It has a pressing piece 8f. The leaf spring 8 is fitted from the front of the support plate part 3d of the case body 3 in the direction of arrow B so that the upper and lower leaf spring parts 8a and 8b sandwich the support plate part 3d. At this time, the guide pieces 8d on both sides first come into contact with the lower surfaces of the engagement protrusions 3f on both sides and are guided downward, and gradually the engagement protrusions 8 on both sides
Since the engagement protrusion 8c is similarly guided downward and enters the long hole 3e, the peripheral edge of the engaging protrusion 8c is elastically deformed downward. After that, the engagement protrusions 8c become the respective engagement protrusions 3f.
When the engagement protrusions 8c and the engagement protrusions 3f are engaged with each other, the peripheral edge portions are elastically returned and deformed upward. Thus leaf spring 8
is locked so that it cannot be displaced in the withdrawal direction, and as shown in FIG. 1, the pressing piece 8f of the lower leaf spring portion 8b comes into contact with the lock pin 9 in an energizing manner, and presses the other end engaging portion 9b against the heart-shaped cam portion 6h. to engage. In addition, since the plate spring 8 has both bent pieces 8e in contact with both inner sides of the wall portion 3c,
Even during and after the installation, it is stably locked without tilting to the left or right, and the lock pin 9 is stably pressed.
Also, when removing the leaf spring 8, remove the upper leaf spring part 8a.
Pressing and deforming the vicinity of the engaging protrusion 8c downward,
After the engagement protrusion 8c is displaced below the engagement protrusion 3f, the plate spring 8 may be pulled out in the direction of arrow A.

Since the sliding contact 12 and the fixed terminal 11 can be observed through the slider 6, switching between the sliding contact 12 and the fixed terminal 11 can be directly observed with the naked eye when the slider 6 slides, and switching defects can be immediately discovered, which is extremely convenient. be.

It is bent into a U-shaped cross section with a rear side plate portion 7c, and has fitting portions 7d and 7e at corresponding positions on the front and rear side plate portions 7a and 7c, respectively, and has convex portions 7f at the upper ends of both sides of the fitting portion 7d. .

It is attached by fitting and abutting the fitting part 7e on the fitting part 7e, and then fixed by turning the convex parts 7f on both sides inward. As described above, the terminal board 2 and the case body 3 are temporarily assembled by engaging the engagement protrusion 2f and the engagement hole 3j.
The clearance between the terminal board 2 and the case body 3 is large if the terminal board 2 is only engaged with the engagement hole 3j. However, by fitting the terminal board 2 and the case body 3 into the fitting part 7d of the frame body 7 and caulking the convex part 7f as described above, the clearance between the terminal board 2 and the case body 3 is reduced. It will be completely assembled. Therefore, even if a force is applied to pull out the slider 6 in the direction of arrow A, since the terminal board 2 and the case body 3 are integrally held by the frame 7, the slider 6 will be pulled out due to the clearance between them. There's no getting out.

A predetermined contact switching can be performed by alternately engaging the slider 6 at two positions and alternately locking the slider 6 in the push-in position and the return position. That is, when the lock pin 9 and the heart-shaped cam portion 6h are used, the switch 1 can be used independently.

The mounting method is to attach each pin portion 14b to the connecting plate 13.
It is heated after being inserted into the hole 13a. This interlocking cam plate 10 is attached to the bottom plate portion 7 of the frame body 7 in advance.
It is disposed upright on the upper surface of b, and is energized in the direction of arrow C by a predetermined energizing means.

When the cam plate 14 of the interlocking cam plate 10 is installed, the cam portion 14a of each cam plate 14 enters the guide hole 2j of the terminal board 2 of each switch 1 and energizes the communication cam portion 6j of the slider 6, for example. When engaged, each slider 6 is locked in the return position. Therefore, when the slider 6 of the negative switch 1 is pushed in in this state, the cam portion 14a relatively moves from the interlocking cam portion 6j to 6i without reciprocating the interlocking cam plate 10 in the direction of the arrow D.
The slider 6 can be locked in the pushed-in position and the contact can be switched.

When the switch 1 slides in the direction of arrow D, the cam parts 14a and 6i of the first switch 1 are disengaged, and the slider 6 slides back in the direction of arrow A by the coil spring 5, and the cam parts 14a and 6j abut and engage. It stops at the position and returns by switching the contact. That is, the first switch 1 automatically returns to its original state in conjunction with the depression of the other switches 1.

When the slider is inserted into the case, the inclined protrusion is brought into the window hole with reciprocating elastic displacement of one side of the case due to the pressure restriction of the inclined protrusion, and the stopper part is inserted into the window hole. Since the slider is configured to restrict displacement in the withdrawal direction in correspondence with the front edge of the window hole, the slider does not displace the stopper portion and the front edge of the window hole even though it is biased in the withdrawal direction by the coil spring when attached to the case. Since the position in the removal direction is regulated by contact with the slider, there is no need to hold the slider with external manual force during assembly, and there is no risk of the slider popping out, making assembly easier and reducing assembly man-hours. I can do it. moreover,
Even if a force is applied to pull the slider out of the case, the stepped stopper part will come into contact with the front edge of the window hole in the longitudinal direction of the front plate, so the stopper part and the front edge of the window hole will not be elastically deformed. This is the same as when rigid bodies come into contact with each other, and the strength of the stopper is extremely high. Therefore, the durability against repeated sliding operations of the slider is increased, the life of the slide switch can be extended, and reliability can be improved. Moreover, the terminal board and the case body can be fitted to the fitting part of the frame. By holding the terminal board and the case body together with no clearance by caulking the protrusion of the frame, the final assembly can be carried out, even if a force trying to pull out the slider is applied. It has features such as being able to reliably prevent the slider from slipping out.
