In the case of taxi radio, there are dozens or more mobile stations for one base station, and each mobile station alternately uses the same channel to transmit and receive information to and from the base station. Therefore, for example, if a failure occurs in one of the mobile stations and it continues to transmit radio waves that interfere with communication of other mobile stations, or if a particular mobile station continues to transmit for a long period of time, If the mobile station becomes unusable, other mobile stations will not be able to communicate with each other during that time, which has the drawback of causing serious problems in vehicle dispatch operations, etc.

Although I tried to make it impossible, there were the following drawbacks. That is, conventionally, there is a fuse blowing type press time limit circuit that disables the mobile station from transmitting by blowing out the fuse, or a time return circuit that electrically disables the mobile station from transmitting and automatically cancels the press time limit after a certain period of time has elapsed. A mold press timer circuit is used, but the fuse type has the disadvantage of requiring time and effort to replace the fuse, and the time return type has the disadvantage that the press timer is less effective. .

The internal clock starts counting, and then it is determined whether the signal a has become "0" (step S3). If it is determined that the signal a has become "0", the count value C is set to "0" (step S10), and then the process returns to step S1.
If it is determined that the signal a is "1", it is determined whether the count value C is equal to or greater than a predetermined value C1 (step S4), and if it is determined that C<C1, the process returns to step S3, and then If it is determined that C≧C1, the mobile station number #N given to the mobile station 3 is added to the transmitter 8 (step S5), and the mobile station number #N is transmitted to the transmitter 8, the cutoff circuit 7, and the carrier wave detection. The signal is sent to the base station 1 via the circuit 6, hybrid 5, and antenna 4. Next, the processing device 10 sets its output signal b to "1" (step S6), and the cutoff circuit 7 is cut off, thereby placing the mobile station 3 in a transmission disabled state (press time limit state).

It is determined whether the received signal is a release signal addressed to the own mobile station (step S7), and if it is determined that the received signal is a release signal addressed to the own mobile station, the count value C is set to "0".
Then, the signal b is set to "0" (step S9). As a result, the cutoff circuit 7 becomes conductive, the press time limit is released, and the post-processing device 10 returns to step S1.

Further, although not explained in the above embodiment, the press time limit may be canceled after a certain period of time has passed after receiving the cancellation signal, or time data may be included in the cancellation signal so that the Of course, the press time limit may be canceled after the time limit has elapsed.

(consisting of a processing device 10), press timer means (consisting of a cutoff circuit 7 in the embodiment) for disabling or enabling the mobile station to transmit, and a sending means (consisting of the cutoff circuit 7 in the embodiment) for transmitting the mobile station number (in the embodiment In this case, processing device 1
0, transmitting section 8, etc.), decoding means for decoding signals from the base station (consisting of the processing device 10 in the embodiment), control means for controlling the press timer means and the sending means (in the embodiment When the control means determines that a release signal addressed to the mobile station has been received based on the decoding result of the decoding means, the control means controls the press timer means to transmit the mobile station. Since the press time limit is released by a release signal from the base station, there is an advantage that the effect of the press time limit can be enhanced and the press time limit can be easily canceled.

式。1 In a method of transmitting and receiving information between a base station and multiple mobile stations using one channel,
detecting means for detecting whether the continuous transmission time for each of the mobile stations has exceeded a certain time; press time limit means for placing the mobile stations in a transmitting disabled state or a transmitting enabled state; and determining the mobile station number of the mobile station. A transmitting means for transmitting a signal, a decoding means for decoding a signal from the base station, and a control means for controlling the press time limit means and the transmitting means, and the control means detects that the continuous transmission time exceeds a certain time by the detecting means. When it is detected that the base station has become incapable of transmitting, it controls the transmitting means to transmit the mobile station number, and then controls the press timer to place the mobile station in a transmitting disabled state, and the base station becomes in a transmitting disabled state. When a mobile station is placed in a transmittable state, a release signal containing the mobile station number of the mobile station that has become unable to transmit is sent, and the control means sends a release signal addressed to the mobile station based on the decoding result of the decoding means. A press time limit release method, characterized in that when it is determined that the mobile station has received a message, the press time limit means is controlled to put the mobile station in a transmittable state.
