The waveguide conduit wall located between the waveguide conduit and the space inside the oven and the oven wall were fastened together with screws. This connection between the conduit wall and the oven wall is a measure to prevent radio waves from leaking from the radio wave exit section. It had to be tightened with screws.

A waveguide is constructed by overlapping a flange-shaped upper waveguide plate 2a made of a metal plate such as a galvanized steel plate and a flat waveguide lower plate 2b, and caulking or spot welding their peripheral edges. 3 is formed. The lower waveguide plate 2b is provided with a radio wave outlet 2c and a radio wave inlet 2d, which are entrances and exits for high-frequency radio waves. The flange 2f is spot welded and attached to the ceiling wall 1a of the oven 1. Further, the waveguide upper plate 2a includes a radio wave outlet edge 2g of the waveguide lower plate 2b located between the conduit 3 of the waveguide 2 and the space 4 in the oven 1, and the ceiling wall of the oven 1. An appropriate number of electrode insertion holes 2h, 2h, 2h are provided for spot welding to the radio wave intake edge 1c of the waveguide lower plate 2b, and the radio wave outlet edge 2g of the waveguide lower plate 2b and the radio wave intake of the oven 1 are connected to each other. The entrance edge 1c is spot welded to prevent radio waves from leaking through the gap at that part.
