【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はガスオーブンやガストースター等のガ
ス器具をタイマーで制御し得るようにした操作装
置に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an operating device that can control gas appliances such as gas ovens and gas toasters using a timer.
ガス器具をタイマーで制御し得るようにするこ
とは従来から行なわれていることであるが、従来
はタイマーによる時間の設定と、ガスバーナの点
火操作を別々の装置で相前後して行なうものであ
るので、操作が煩わしく、不便であるという欠点
がある。本考案はかかるガスバーナの点火操作と
タイマーによる時間の設定を同一の操作つまみで
行なえるようにして前述した従来の欠点を解消し
たものである。以下本考案を実施例に基づいて詳

るものである。かかるガス弁1の一例を更に詳し
く説明すると、該ガス弁1はばね5の弾発で前記
弁体4を弁座6に当接してガスを遮断すると共
に、前記弁開閉棒2を前記ばね5の弾発に抗して
押動させることによつて前記弁体4を弁座6から
離してガスを通過自在とするものである。次に符
号7は前記電磁石3を制御し得るタイマーであつ
て、8は時間設定用の回動軸である。しかして前
記ガス弁1とタイマー7とを前記弁開閉棒2と回
動軸8とが同一側に在るように並設する。それら
はシヤーシ等の適宜の支持部材9で支持する。更
に、前記回動軸8に対向させて操作棒10を操作
パネル等の適宜の支持部材11に、回動自在並び
に軸方向に移動自在に支持する。そして該操作棒
10は軸方向に移動自在な状態で前記回動軸8を
駆動自在に構成する。かかる構成は従来の適宜の
機構で構成して良い。次に符号12は前記弁開閉
棒2を押動自在な作動部材であつて、該作動部材
12を、前記操作棒10の軸方向の移動に連動さ
せる構成とする。第1図の実施例は該作動部材1
2を、操作棒10に固定した円板状に構成したも
のであつて、また第2図の実施例は作動部材12
をシヤーシ等の支持部材13に回動自在に設けた
回動板に構成したものである。また第2図中、符
号14はガス弁1の開度調節用回動軸であり、本

火操作に煩わしさはなく、回動操作を忘れて点火
が円滑に行えないというような不都合も生じな

Claims (1)

動自在並びに軸方向に移動自在に支持し、該操作
棒は、軸方向に移動自在な状態で前記回動軸を駆
動自在に構成し、前記弁開閉棒を押動自在な作動
部材を、前記操作棒の軸方向の移動に連動させる
構成としたことを特徴とするガス器具の操作装
