は透明化した反射防止層を通りベース層の微細溝で反射
されて光干渉が生ずるので、反射原稿が不鮮明になり、

ても乳剤層16を通過した光が微細溝18で反射される
場合に干渉を生ずるので反射画像が不鮮明になり、複写
