Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は浄水器、特に家庭の水道水等の飲料水を対象と
する浄水器に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
この種浄水器としては、特開昭６０−１７９１８７号公
報に示されているように、ボデーにカートリッジを着脱
自在に取付け、カートリッジの下面に通水入口および通
水出口を設け、この通水入口および通水出口に連通ずる
入口通路および出口通路をボデーに設け、カートリッジ
内に活性炭を収納し、その活性炭の通水出口側にフィル
タを配置し、このフィルタの汚れ具合を外部から１１察
できるようにカートリッジ全体を透明としたものが公知
である。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
かかる浄水器は、カートリッジ全体が透明であるため原
価高となっており、且つ、活性炭とフィルタとによる水
の処理であって中空糸膜を処理材として利用するものに
ついては配慮されていなかった。
本発明の目的は、安価な構造で、且つ、中空糸膜を処理
材として利用しても外部から中空糸膜の汚れ具合を効果
的に観察できる浄水器を提供することにある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明は、ボデーにカートリッジを着脱自在に取付け、
前記カートリッジの下面に通水入口および通水出口を設
け、この通水人口連通するカートリッジ入口通路を前記
ボデーに設けてなる浄水器において、前記カートリッジ
内に中空糸膜と活性炭とを配置すると共に、この中央糸
膜の上端部を入口側とし、その直上部分を透明キャップ
で形成したことを特徴とする浄水器としたものである。
〔作用〕
かかる浄水器によれば、カートリッジ内に中空糸膜と活
性炭とを配置すると共に、この中空糸膜の上端部を入口
側とし、その直上部分を透明キャップで形成したので、
カートリッジ５を安価にすることができ、且つ、中空糸
膜の最も汚れ具合の著しい部分を外部から観察すること
ができる。
〔実施例〕 以下、本発明の一実施例を第１図〜第３図に基づいて説
明する。ボデー１は、接続部２を介して水栓３に着脱自
在に取付けられている。ボデー１は中央通路１ａを有し
、その中に切換弁４が収納され、水栓連通路１ｂを原水
吐出通路１ｃと入口通路１ｄとに切換え連通される。カ
ートリッジ５はボデー１に着脱自在に取付けられている
。カートリッジ５は下面に通水人口５ａと通水出口５ｂ
とを有している。この通水人口５ａはボデー１の入口通
路１ｄに連通され、通水出口５ｂはボデー１の浄水出口
通路１ｅに連通される。カートリッジ５内には、中空糸
膜６を収納した中空糸膜ケース９が収納され、その周囲
に粒状やし殻活性炭７が収納されている。活性炭７の上
下端面を形成するように多孔板１０．１１が配置されて
いる。活性炭７と通水人口５ａとの間には逆止弁８が配
置されている。逆止弁８は、自重によって通水人口５ａ
を塞いでおり、水圧が加わると上方へ浮いてその周囲の
隙間から水が活性炭７に至る。中空糸膜６と活性炭７の
上端はほぼ一致しており、その上方空間５ｃを介して連
通されている。従って、中空糸膜６はその上端部が水の
入口側となる。カートリッジ５の土壁は透明なキャップ
５ｄが取付けられている。このキャップ５ｄは凹面形を
している。中空糸膜６は上端部で折曲げて形成されてい
る。カートリッジ５をボデー１側に押しつけるように、
カバー１２がボデー１に着脱自在に取付けられている。
かかる浄水器において、切換弁４を原水側に設定すると
、原水は水栓３から原水吐出通路１ｃより直接外部へ取
出すことができる。又、切換弁４を浄水側に設定すると
、原水は水栓３から入口通　。
路１ｄを通ってカートリッジ５の通水人口５ａに至り、
逆止弁８に水圧が加わってこれを浮かせ、活性炭７を通
って塩素臭および汚れが活性炭７に吸着された後、中空
糸膜６にその上端部側から流入して雑菌が除去され、し
かる後に通水出口５ｂおよび浄水出口通路１ｅを通って
外部へ浄水となって取出すことができる。
かかる浄水器によれば、カートリッジ５内に中空糸膜６
と活性炭７とを配置すると共に、この中空糸膜６の上端
部を入口側とし、その直上部分を透明キャップ５ｄで形
成したので、カートリッジ５を安価にすることができ、
且つ、中空糸膜６の最も汚れ具合の著しい部分を外部か
らａｍすることができる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の浄水器によれば、安価で、且つ中空糸膜の最も
汚れ具合の著しい部分を外部からｗｉ察できるので、カ
ートリッジ５の取換えを確実に行うことができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、ボデーにカートリッジを着脱自在に取付け、前記カ
    ートリッジの下面に通水入口および通水出口を設け、こ
    の通水入口連通するカートリッジ入口通路を前記ボデー
    に設けてなる浄水器において、前記カートリッジ内に中
    空糸膜と活性炭とを配置すると共に、この中央糸膜の上
    端部を入口側とし、その直上部分を透明キャップで形成
    したことを特徴とする浄水器。 ２、特許請求の範囲第１項において、前記キャップを凹
    面形状としてなる浄水器。 ３、特許請求の範囲第１項において、前記中空糸膜を上
    端部で折曲げてなる浄水器。
