【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は料理の盛付皿と、これを重ねて収納す
るキヤリより成る配膳器具に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a serving utensil consisting of plates for serving food and a carrier for stacking and storing the plates.
従来、配膳作業は、調理場での盛付保管に広大
なスペースを必要とし、又座敷、会場への移動に
は段付箱等により少数づゝ運搬しているので、多
大の労力と時間を要し、作業能率が悪くかつ衛生

子の支骨を模擬した要部2を軸心とする、盛付料
理自体のズレ防止用溝4,4……を凹設し、又親
骨3,3の内側縁に沿い脚受け凹条溝5,5を設
けると共に、要部2の内方につゆ入れ容器挿入穴
6を穿設した盛付皿本体7の、下面8の両側縁に
同形の盛付皿本体7を重ねた場合、前記脚受け凹
条溝5,5に下端部が嵌入する適宜高さの脚片
9,9と、弧状縁部に、盛付皿本体7の弧状外周
縁部の上面内側に下端部が当接する脚片10を設

更に料理を盛り付けた盛付皿をキヤリに積み重
ねて収納した場合、各盛付皿はL形の枠杆に挟ま
れて左右の揺れに対してもズレ落ちることなく、
座敷への運搬や遠方への出前も安全に出来、木製
で軽量であるから1人で20人前程度の運搬も可能

交叉する親骨を上方に突出する如く設け、該扇形

に、同形の盛付皿を重ねた時、前記脚受け凹条溝
に下端部が嵌入する適宜高さの脚片及び、扇形板
の弧状外周縁の上面内側に下端面が当接する脚片
を設けた盛付皿と、扇形状の下部皿受板及び扇形
状で上面に持手を設けた上部蓋板を上下方向に適
間隔をへだてゝ上部及び中間部に夫々対向する盛
付皿を挿入する切欠を有する2本のL形の枠杆で
連結し、前記盛付皿を出し入れ自在で、該盛付皿
