Particularly recently, highly foamed wallpapers have been used in which the vinyl chloride resin layer is highly foamed, and this highly foamed layer is used to provide a deep concave-convex pattern.

The problem is that the wallpaper is extremely difficult to remove when replacing it. Not only PVC wallpaper, but all wallpapers always need to be replaced due to stains, tears, fatigue, etc. At this time, it is important to check whether the previously pasted wallpaper is easy to remove or not, that is, if the installed wallpaper is 2 years old. An important factor is whether the adhesive can be removed cleanly when reapplied after three years.

The PVC layer peels off from between the layers, leaving a thin paper surface all over the wall. This wall surface is smooth and requires almost no surface preparation, allowing new wallpaper to be applied immediately.

In this state, it is not possible to immediately apply wallpaper, and a great deal of effort and time is required to clean the base and prepare the base.
This phenomenon is thought to be due to the fact that the strength of the highly foamed PVC layer is lower than the adhesive force between the highly foamed PVC layer and the paper. Therefore, the highly foamed PVC layer is continuous.
This seems to be due to the fact that only the highly foamed PVC layer was peeled off without peeling between the layers of the backing paper.

These are placed in a foaming furnace and heated and foamed to obtain a highly foamed synthetic resin layer 3 (vinyl chloride resin layer). In this case, an arbitrary uneven pattern 4 may be provided on the surface by an embossing method.

After completely drying and leaving until the backing paper and concrete exhibit sufficient adhesion, when this highly foamed PVC wallpaper is peeled off, the backing paper 1 separates between the layers (internal destruction) as shown in Figure 2. It is separated into a layer (backing paper) 1' attached to the non-foamed layer 2 and a layer (backing paper) 1'' attached to the concrete 6 via the glue 5. The remaining 1'' side of the backing paper is a little fluffy due to the paper pulp fibers, but it is smooth overall, and new wallpaper can be attached without any preparation of the surface.

When it is attached to the concrete 6 using the PVC layer 3 and attempted to be removed after drying, the highly expanded PVC layer 3 is removed as shown in Fig. 4.
Internal destruction occurs in part 1, and the highly foamed layer 31' is torn off and the highly foamed layer 31'' that remains attached to the backing paper 1 is separated, leaving the concrete wall in an extremely ugly peeling state. It is not possible to paste new wallpaper on such a concrete wall surface, so the remaining highly foamed PVC layer 31'' must be removed by surface preparation such as carving and sanding, or in some cases, backing paper should be removed. It requires work such as carefully removing dirt from each step. This kind of ground preparation is extremely difficult and requires a great deal of labor and time, and is therefore a work most disliked by construction contractors.

なものである。 The wallpaper according to this invention is between the backing paper and the high foam layer.
Since the non-foamed synthetic resin layer with a thickness of 0.05 mm is integrally laminated, if it is pasted on a concrete wall using glue and then peeled off when re-sticking, the backing paper will be internally destroyed and some pulp fibers will be left on the wall. However, the overall surface is smooth and new wallpaper can be pasted on top of it without making any preparations. On the other hand, if there is no non-foamed layer or
If it is less than 0.05 mm, as mentioned above, the foam layer will be internally destroyed, resulting in disadvantages and inconveniences such as removal of the residual layer and preparation of the base. However, in the case of the present invention, such disadvantages and complicated work can be avoided. It is extremely suitable for synthetic resin wallpaper, especially highly foamed PVC wallpaper.
