この考案は酸素の透過を防ぎ、所定の切断がで

(従来の技術およびその問題点)
従来、缶の口部に透明フイルムを張設して内部
を透視できるようにした密封包装形態が知られて

素の透過を防止する機能が必要とされると共に、
密封を解く場合に、破切が容易にできることが望
まれている。酸素透過を防止する為には、エチレ
ンビニルアルコール共重合体フイルムを使用する
技術が知られているが、このエチレンビニルアル
コール共重合体フイルムは単独で使用されること
は少く、通常このフイルムの両側に別種の保護フ

なわない反面、スコアに沿つて容易に破切できな
い問題点があつた。スコアの深さを浅くした場合
に破切が難しくなるのはエチレンビニルアルコー
ル共重合体フイルムの両側に配置された別種のフ
イルム中、一方のフイルムには何ら刻線が付与さ
れない為と考えられる。又、この種の缶用仕切板
は、周縁部を缶口部の缶胴と一緒に巻締めること
により缶口部に張設されるが、巻締部分の気密性

然るにこの考案は成形性のある基材フイルムの
一側面にエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体フイ
ルムを層着すると共に、該エチレンビニルアルコ
ール共重合体フイルムの外面に熱接着性樹脂フイ
ルムを層着した積層フイルムで、前記熱接着性樹
脂フイルムを缶内側として、缶口部に張設可能な
缶用仕切板に成形し、かつ前記共重合体フイルム
に達しない程度の深さにスコアを設けたので、酸
素の透過を防止できる仕切板であつて、かつ巻締
部分の気密性も得られる缶用仕切板を得たのであ

即ちこの考案を実施例について説明すれば、第
1図の如く厚さを300μmとした無延伸ポリエステ
ルフイルム、塩化ビニルフイルム等の成形性を有
する基材フイルム1の一側面(下面)に、厚さ
15μmのエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体フイ
ルム2を接着剤層3を介して層着すると共に、該
エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体フイルム2の
外面(下面)に熱接着性樹脂フイルム10を層着
した積層フイルムを用いて第2図に示したような
缶用仕切板7を成形する。図中7aは中央円板、
7bは巻締用の環状鍔である。中央円板7aに
は、周縁部に沿うように破切用スコア4が設けて
ある。尚、前記熱接着性樹脂フイルム10は缶内
側となるように、図示した実施例では下側とし
て、成形してある。前記基材フイルム1は成形性
を保有させる為には200乃至400μmの厚さが適当
である。又基材フイルム1とエチレンビニルアル
コール共重合体フイルム2との層着は、基材フイ
ルム1の表面にコロナ処理等の表面処理を施した
後、接着剤による方法等、予め成形されたフイル
ムを層着する方法の他、押出しによつて基材フイ
ルム1およびエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体
フイルム2を成形しつつ、両者をラミネートによ
り層着することもできる。尚押出しラミネートに
おいては基材フイルムの性質により適宜接着剤を
使用すればよく、接着剤を必要としない場合もあ

破切予定線に沿つて共重合体フイルムに達しない
程度の破切スコアを設ければ、エチレンビニルア
ルコール共重合体フイルムはスコアが無くても破
切ができるので、結局、破切が前記スコアに沿つ
