Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the operation time and to improve the environmental hygiene, with reduced loss of viscous substance, by providing a single or plurality of constant volume discharging means for supplying said viscous substance to a predetermined position on a screen printing plate. CONSTITUTION:A constant volume discharging means 13 of an injector model is provided above a screen printing plate 1. A discharging port 14 of the discharging means 13 is facing to a screen 1A. An actuator 15 provided with an arm 16 holding the discharging means 13 moves the arm 16 in a direction shown by an arrow A. By operating the actuator 15, the discharging means 13 is moved to a predetermined position. This movement may be carried out on the basis of the set program or by a hand switch or foot switch. Depending on the case, the discharging means 13 may be manually moved. When the discharging means 13 reaches the predetermined position, it is operated to discharge viscous substance such as ink etc. by a desired amount, and accordingly, the desired amount of the viscous substance is supplied onto the screen 1A. Then, the general screen printing operation is conducted as usual.

There is an environmental hygiene problem in that the screen printing machine and the three workers around it are contaminated due to causes such as ink dripping. Secondly, since it is a one-man supply method, it takes two hours and is inefficient. Thirdly, the measurement of the amount to be supplied largely depends on the batch amount of the operator, which tends to cause losses and is uneconomical. Especially 2
The applicant previously developed a device that uses a screen printing machine to apply a viscous substance such as a sample, but when using an extremely expensive viscous substance such as a reagent instead of ink, there is a supply loss. This would be extremely uneconomical.

As explained above, the present invention is equipped with one or more quantitative dispensing machines that supply a viscous material to a predetermined position on a screen printing plate, so ink, etc. is directly applied onto the screen printing plate. It is possible to quickly supply a predetermined amount of viscous material, which shortens working time and improves environmental hygiene.Furthermore, it reduces the loss of viscous material, making it possible to use especially expensive viscous material. This has the effect that the economic benefits are extremely high when doing so.
