本考案は建物の外装隅部に用いる隅部用パネル

感を生じると共に外装材表面に対し盛り上がるた
め美観を害ない、また外装材に対し均一な仕上塗

すように該基板3の巾中央部の表面に剥離性テー
プ4を貼着すると共に基板3の巾中央部の裏面に
中間部分5を有するW字状折曲溝6を形成し、該
折曲溝6に接着剤を介在して基板3を折曲し、折
曲溝6を閉着して中間部分5で外隅部に面取部7
を有するL型パネル8を基板3で形成すると共
に、L型パネル8の内隅部に於いてL型パネル8
の両側片9,9に跨がつて接着剤による接着面部
10を設け、両側片9,9の外側縁部にはコーキ
ング用切欠段部11を夫々形成している。なお、
剥離性テープ4は折曲溝6及び接着面部10の接

難い状態にある。また第3図の仮想線に示すよう
に隅部用パネル2を積重ねた場合に、面取部7が
接着面部10のスペースとして働くことにより、
このような積重ね保管ができて不必要に場所を取

小さすぎると折曲溝20,21の加工が困難化
し、また台形状中間部分24の上底25が大きす
ぎると内隅部の接着面部26の接着剤が両側片2
7,27に跨がり難くなつて強度底下を生じる。
従つてこのような弊害を生じない範囲での折曲溝

の内隅に於いてL型パネルの両側片に跨がつて接
着剤による接着面部を設けたことを特徴としてお
り、施工状態に於いて外装材に対し異質感が盛り
上がりがなく且つ仕上げ塗装を均一に行え、しか
も両側片に跨がつて内隅に設けられた接着面部と
折曲溝の閉着と相俟つて折曲溝の部分での接着強
度に優れ、また面取部により外隅への衝撃に対し
ても破損を生じ難く、且つこの面取部が積重ね時
の接着面部のスペースとして働くことができて積
重ね保管に場所を取らない効果があり、また折曲
が溝に空間を残して折曲されるものと異なり、折
曲が折曲溝の閉着によりなされるため、該折曲溝
部への接着剤が僅少で済んで製品コストを低下で
きる上、折曲溝の閉着によるため基板の折曲位置
が特定し、製品にバラツキを生じない効果があ
り、更にL型パネルの表面を外装材と同種の無機
質系基板表面で形成しているため、施工時に外装
材表面と同一の仕上塗装により塗料の密着性が良
好となつて塗料の剥離を生じ難く、ひいては平衡
含水率を保持できて耐候性に優れる外装隅部とす
ることができ、また表面に基板と別材の連結薄層
などを積層したものと異なり、L型パネルの表面
が無機質系基板表面で形成されているためL型パ
