Alternatively, a base coat 2 is formed on the surface of the base coat 2 after coloring, or an original image member 3 on which a picture, pattern, or color is printed or the like is adhered to the surface of the substrate 1 using an adhesive, as shown in FIG. 1B. , a base coat 2 is formed on the surface thereof, and then a starch glue solution is uniformly applied to the surface of both base coats 2, and the starch glue solution is dried to form a cracking layer 4 with mesh-like cracks 5 appearing on the entire surface. Form. These cracks 5 also reach the base coat 2. Thereafter, if desired, the coloring material 6 is rubbed on the surface of the cracking layer 4 and penetrated into the cracks 5 to emphasize the cracks, and then the excess coloring material 6 on the surface of the cracking layer 4 is wiped off with a cloth or the like. 6 is dried, a transparent top coat 7 is further formed on the surface of the cracking layer 4, and the decorative board A,

Paint is used as a raw material. The cracking layer 4 is formed using an aqueous solution of starch glue, and the coloring material 6 is oil paint, oil-based paint (containing pigment), dye, or the like. Furthermore, as the top coat 7, a transparent coating suitable for the purpose of use as a decorative board is selected from among lacquer, varnish and other various paints, and water glass.

Changes over time called ``lag'' occur, such as cracks appearing in certain places. This "backward" 8 further progresses and grows into a crack that reaches the surface of the top coat 7. Therefore, in the conventional decorative boards A and A', cracking layer 4 is directly affected by the external atmosphere (effects of temperature, humidity, etc.) due to cracks in top coat 7, and not only does the cracking progress further. , the starch repeatedly swells and dries, causing the insect-eating phenomenon B shown in Figure 2 B, which not only discolors this part and significantly reduces its aesthetic value, but also causes the laminated structure to peel off. It had Furthermore, conventional decorative board A,
A′ is due to the crack in top coat 7 mentioned above.
Not only was it not used at all for the exterior of buildings, but even for interior applications, its use was restricted in harsh environments with high temperatures, such as baths, and its scope of use was extremely narrow and its versatility was poor.

た。 Therefore, as a result of various studies aimed at obtaining a decorative board that maintains aesthetic value for a long period of time and is rich in versatility by eliminating the "backward" that causes the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present inventor has found that the above-mentioned "backward" This phenomenon can be caused by various factors such as drying atmospheric conditions and coloring materials on the cracking layer, effects during top coat application, effects of residual stress during curing of the top coat, effects of residual stress in the cracking layer, etc. I solved it. However, among the above factors, the influence of . is relatively small, and even if these factors were resolved, it was not possible to completely stop the company from falling behind.

The coloring material 6 is rubbed into the cracks 5 formed in the cracking layer 4, but the degree of the cracks 5 must be kept to an aesthetically desirable level. In this way, in the conventional manufacturing method, instead of waiting for the cracking layer 4 to fully develop cracks 5, the cracking layer 4 is fixed with the top coat 7 in the middle, so internal stress inevitably remains in the cracking layer 4. It is further increased by the curing reaction of the top coat (see Figure 1).

である。 That is, the present invention provides painting directly onto a plain color or surface;
A transparent film-forming synthetic resin emulsion or paint is applied and dried on a substrate that has a pattern, color, etc. applied to it, or has an original image material showing a painting, pattern, color, etc. on its surface adhered using an adhesive. A starch glue solution was applied to the surface of the base coat, dried to form a cracking layer with moderate cracks on the entire surface, and a desired coloring material was rubbed into the cracks of the cracking layer. The decorative board is manufactured by wiping off the excess colorant, then applying an instant adhesive to the surface of the cracking layer and drying it to form a protective coat that fixes the cracked state of the cracking layer. .

A top coat layer may also be formed.

きる。 Since the above-mentioned instant adhesive overcomes the residual stress of the cracking layer and more firmly fixes the cracking layer, according to the present invention, it can be used for a long time without causing any deterioration over time such as "backward" or delamination. It is possible to obtain a highly versatile decorative board that retains its aesthetic value over a period of time and can also be used for exterior purposes.
