BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, an aluminum foam board 1 obtained by slicing an aluminum foam is known. However, conventionally, when the aluminum foam board 1 is formed by slicing it thinner than the diameter of the foamed cells, a through-hole is generated that penetrates the front and back sides of the aluminum foam board 1, and when the aluminum foam board 1 is installed, the through-hole is passed through. Since the base is exposed, the exterior design is hindered, and there are problems such as adverse effects on nonflammability and heat insulation.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems,
In other words, the purpose of this is that even if the foamed cells are sliced thinly across the diameter and a through hole is created that penetrates the front and back of the aluminum foam board, the base layer will not be exposed when the aluminum foam board is installed. To provide a foamed building board that does not damage a unique external design, prevents deterioration of non-combustibility and heat insulation properties, and as a result can be made into a thin and lightweight aluminum foamed board.

In the foamed building board of the present invention having the above configuration, even if a through hole is generated that penetrates the front and back of the aluminum foam board by slicing it to a thickness thinner than the foam cell diameter, the back surface is shielded by the aluminum sheet. Because it has been overturned, when it was constructed,
The substrate is not exposed, and the aluminum surface of the aluminum sheet is exposed in the through holes, so the unique appearance design of aluminum foam is not impaired, and the deterioration of nonflammability and heat insulation properties is also prevented. As a result, the aluminum foam board can be made thin and lightweight.

The foam building board shown in FIG. 1 is an aluminum foam board 1 obtained by slicing an aluminum foam 2 as shown in FIG.
An aluminum sheet 3 is attached to the back side of the holder. The foamed cell diameter of the aluminum foam 2 is about 3 to 10 ff. The thickness of the aluminum foam board l is about 3 to 7 nm, and the number of internal holes penetrating the front and back of all the foamed cells is about 10 to 7 nm.
It is present at 20%. Aluminum sheet 3 is 1 to 1000
It is an aluminum foil having a thickness of .mu., and is adhered and imaged onto the back surface of the aluminum foam board 1 using a metal adhesive. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the foamed building board is used as a ceiling board by being installed between T-shaped bars 4 made of metal such as aluminum or stainless steel and suspended from the ceiling. Therefore, in the foamed building board of this example, even though the foamed cells are sliced thinly in terms of their diameter, and through holes penetrating the front and back sides of the aluminum foamed board 1 are generated,
The back side of the aluminum foam board 1 is shielded by the aluminum sheet 3 σ
Therefore, when it is installed, the base material is not exposed and the aluminum surface of the aluminum sheet 3 is exposed in the through hole, so the unique appearance design of aluminum foam is not impaired, and it is non-combustible and Deterioration in insulation properties is also prevented, and as a result, the aluminum foam board 1 can be made thin and lightweight, making it possible to provide aluminum foam material, which has a high unit price, at a low cost as an interior surface material. . In addition, in the foam building board of this example, since aluminum foil is used as the aluminum sheet 3, the entire board is made of the same aluminum material, so it is unlikely to warp or deform. Moreover, the nonflammability of the foamed building board as a whole is not impaired.

1 In the present invention, a reinforcing material 5 may be attached to the back surface of the aluminum sheet 3 as in the embodiment shown in FIG. It is appropriate to use a rock wool board, and an aluminum vapor-deposited film may be used as the aluminum sheet 3, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. It is best to attach the aluminum sheet 3 to the back side of the aluminum foam board 1 with the side facing inside.

As mentioned above, in the foamed building board of the present invention, even if the foamed cell diameter is sliced thinly and through holes penetrating the front and back sides of the aluminum foam board occur, the back side can be shielded by the aluminum sheet. Because it is coated, the substrate will not be exposed when it is installed, and the aluminum surface of the aluminum sheet will be exposed in the through holes, so the unique external appearance of aluminum foam will not be impaired, and it is nonflammable and A decrease in heat insulation properties is also prevented, and as a result, the aluminum foam board can be made thinner and lighter.
