別機構は、扱室および扱胴と同じ軸線方向に設け
たスクリユーオーガと、このオーガの受樋部分に
張設した選別網とによつて構成したもので、機体
の前後長さが極端に短かく構成できて小区画圃場
にも十分適応でき、搬送機構と脱穀機構との間に
複雑な掻込み装置が不要となり、また、従来のコ
ンバインのように揺動選別機構を有しないから、
機体に振動を与えることがなく、機構の簡素化が
図れる。また、扱胴の終端部分に排出板を設けた
ので、残稈は積極的に排出されて扱室の詰りが解
消され、長稈作物、高水分作物に対しても安定し
た性能を発揮し、各種の作物に適用できて汎用性
がある。さらに、機体後部に穀物収容装置を設け
ても機体全長が大きくならず、充分なスペースが
とられ、機体バランスがよく、機構の簡素化によ
り軽量化が図れ、また、機体振動、騒音が少くて
耐久性、操作性が向上し、作業能率を向上させる
