[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is mainly used as a packaging container for distribution of eggs, and is made by vacuum forming a resin film so that one side of the body part and the lid part constitutes an opening/closing fulcrum for both parts. This invention relates to a film-like resin container that is connected and formed in a series.

The general method of opening is to grasp one free end piece with the right hand and the other free end piece with the left hand at one longitudinal end of the overlapping free end pieces, and then pull them apart. Methods such as breaking the spot weld at one end and then breaking the spot welds one after another are taken, but with this opening method, the destruction progresses at a time lag, and the concentration before the destruction occurs. Stress is released as the container breaks and a large impact force is applied to the entire container; the body and lid are forcibly deformed, causing a noisy crunching sound; and the bonding force due to welding is large, so the damage is quite large. It is extremely difficult to open it due to the fact that it requires a lot of force.
In particular, containers containing fragile items such as eggs require particularly careful handling, making opening the container even more troublesome and time-consuming.

That is, grasp one end of the cutting cable with your hand, and insert the folding point of the cable into the connecting part.
By pulling and moving this cable, the force of this moving operation is concentrated on the turning point, and the connected portion is reliably cut with a relatively light force, like cutting with a sharp cutter knife. It can be cut easily and smoothly.

However, in the above-mentioned prior application, there are problems in preventing the cutting cable from coming off when a tensile force is applied to the cutting cable, differences in operability between right-handed and left-handed people,
The cutting start situation at the initial stage of cutting when the resistance is greatest, the normal state of the cutting cable, i.e. the influence of its presence during the distribution stage, and the direction of concentration of cutting force when the cable cuts the connecting part, etc. However, this study did not consider in detail the various problems that arise when actually handling and using this type of resin container with cutting cords, and there are still many problems in each of the above points. It was something that existed.

The film-shaped resin container according to the present invention devised to achieve this purpose is the one described in detail at the beginning, in which one side of the body part 1 and the lid part 2 are formed by vacuum forming a resin film. In a film-like resin container which is connected and formed in a series so as to constitute an opening/closing fulcrum of the opening/closing fulcrum of the opening/closing fulcrum of the first and second parts, a cutter is placed on the inside of the connecting part 3 of the two parts 1 and 2, for cutting a length extending substantially over the entire length of the connecting part 3. A cable 4 is arranged, and this cutting cable 4
In a film-like resin container in which both longitudinal end portions 5 and 6 are integrally joined to the connecting portion 3, the outer end edges are attached to the connecting portion 3 at positions corresponding to both sides of each of the integrally joined rope both end portions 5 and 6. This device is characterized in that the cutting operation tabs 8, 8 are formed by opening the cable 4 and making deep cuts 7, 7, 7, 7 along the cable 4.

According to the present invention having the above-mentioned characteristic structure, (A) Since both longitudinal ends of the cutting cable are integrally joined to the connecting part, it is as if the cutting cable is not joined to the connecting part at all. There is no risk of the cable accidentally slipping out and moving during the tensioning operation, resulting in incomplete or uncertain cutting, and the cable is integrally joined to the connecting part over its entire length. In comparison, the amount of adhesive used and the heating and pressure energy required for welding are small, and containers with cables attached stably and firmly can be efficiently produced.

(B) Moreover, when both ends are integrally joined and one of them is used as a knob when cutting, the other will always become a reaction force point. can be made to appear reliably regardless of the direction in which the container is held in the hand. Therefore, there is no need to pay attention to the direction in which a right-handed person and a left-handed person, or even the same person, hold the container in their hands when operating it with their right hand or their left hand. By pinching and pulling the end of the blade, the other end can be used as a reaction force point to ensure reliable cutting, which improves operability.

(C) In addition, cuts are made on both sides of each end of the cable, and the lengthwise ends of the connecting part itself, which is stronger than other parts due to the integral connection of the cable, are cut. For example, compared to a case where the end portion of the cable is made to protrude outward from the outer edge of the connecting portion and the knob is made up of only the protruding cable portion. In other cases, the tabs are placed within the outer circumference of the entire container and become obstructive when stacking a large number of containers, or the tabs are torn off during boxing or the like, and furthermore, the tabs are tied together as they are torn. There are no inconveniences such as parts breaking unexpectedly, and the container can be handled in the same way as a container without a tab.

(D) In addition, due to the high strength of the knob and the presence of the cut, even if the cable is integrally joined to the connecting part, the knob cannot be pinched, bent and pulled. Therefore, the cutting force applied to the cables acts at the deepest position of the cut, and the cutting direction is different from that of the conventional method where the cables simply extended from the outer edge can move freely in any direction. In response to the uncertainty in the direction of the cable, the cutting force is easily directed in the longitudinal direction of the cable, and since it acts on the two existing cuts, the cutting force is concentrated on the two cuts that are easy to cut, making it smooth. It has the advantage of being able to make precise cuts. In other words, due to the orientation of the cutting direction and the two cuts, even the initial cut with the greatest resistance can be reliably and easily performed with a relatively small operating force.

Only the end portions 5, 6 of the cable 4, indicated by a', are integrally joined to the connecting portion 3. It is preferable that a=a', but it is also possible that this is not the case. This joining is preferably performed by welding, particularly by ultrasonic welding when a coated polyester filament with excellent tensile strength and heat resistance is used as the cable 4. The coating material is the same as the film-like resin container. Bonding may be adhesive. Cuts 7, 7, 7, 7, which are open to the outer edge, are made in the connecting portion 3 at the corresponding positions on both sides of each of the integrally joined cable end portions 5, 6, and the portions in between are provided with knob pieces 8, It has become 8.
