合があつた。 Conventionally, in this type of pile driving machine, as shown in Fig. 1, earth and sand excavated by a cutter a is placed in a pile b as a plug c, and compressed air is used to raise the earth and sand inside the pile b.
It is dropped to the ground from an earth removal device d installed above the pile b. However, depending on the soil quality, a long plug c may form inside the pile b, and if this plug c falls to the ground from the earth discharge port e, the splash of earth and sand becomes large, causing problems such as staining the surrounding area with earth and sand. It was hot.

This is intended to prevent soiling of the surrounding area due to the splashing of soil that falls to the ground in the form of clods.

It is provided so as to be movable up and down along a leader guide A of a pile driver (not shown). An earth and sand inlet 2 is opened in the lower part of the main body 1, and the upper end of the Yatsutoko 3 is connected to this inlet 2, and a guide plate 4 is attached to the lower part of the Yatsutoko 3. The upper end of the pile 5 to be driven into the lower surface of the pile 4 is held. Further, 6 is a drilling rod that penetrates through the main body 1, the rod 3, and the pile 5.
It is designed to be rotated by an auger machine (not shown) installed above, and a cutter (not shown) is attached to the tip of the drilling rod 6, and the soil excavated by this cutter is plugged inside the pile 5. It is raised inside the pile 5 to the inside of the main body 1 by compressed air.

The other end side of the hopper 12 hangs downward, and
A cover 15, which can be opened and closed by a cylinder 14, is screwed to the lower end opening 12a via a hinge 16.

is screwed by a hinge 19, and by opening this air duct 18, the compressed air flowing into the hopper 12 from the main body 1 can be released to the atmosphere. An earth and sand outlet 19 is opened at an intermediate position. This earth and sand outlet 1
9 is a cover 2 that is opened and closed by a cylinder 20 during normal times.
1, so that part of the earth and sand accumulated in the hopper 12 can be discharged.

を防止することもできる。 Since this device has been described in detail above, the earth and sand discharged from the earth discharge port 11 of the main body 1 into the hopper 12 is temporarily stored in the hopper 12, and only compressed air is separated from the earth and sand and is passed through the air duct 18. Since it is released more into the atmosphere and does not fall to the ground in the form of clods, it is possible to prevent soiling of the surrounding area due to splashing. Furthermore, when a certain amount of earth and sand accumulates in the hopper 12, if a container 22 is prepared and discharged into it as shown in FIG.
In addition to being able to quickly dispose of the earth and sand in the tank, since it is discharged at a low position, there is little chance of the earth and sand splashing back during discharge. Furthermore, the earth and sand containing a large amount of water discharged when excavating the aqueous layer can be discharged by opening the cover 21 of the earth and sand outlet 19 provided in the middle of the hopper 12 as shown in FIG. The storage and discharge of earth and sand can be easily selected depending on the soil quality, and if the air duct 18 has a labyrinth structure, the rebound of the earth and sand that has fallen into the hopper 12 can be prevented from being released from the air duct 18 to the outside. You can also do that.
