Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はコンクリート構築物を築造する際、窓
用のサツシ枠を先付けする支持装置に関するもの
である。即ち従来コンクリート構築物に於ける窓
用のサツシを取付ける工事は、開口部のハツリ作
業、サツシアンカーの溶接、モルタル詰、更にコ
ーキング工事等の作業を必要とし、またその完成
後のクレームで窓廻りの漏水事故等を充分注意す
る必要があるため、近年はサツシの先付け工法を
採用する構築物の築造が多くなつているのが現状
であつた。このサツシの先付け工法を採用する場
合は、コンクリート型枠に取付けたサツシ枠支持
装置の位置を確実に取付けることが必要で、これ
が不確実な場合はサツシ枠を水平に取付けること
ができない欠点につながつた。本考案はこの点に
着目し、サツシ枠取付け位置に相応する箇所にサ
ツシ枠支持装置を取付けておくことにより、サツ
シ枠をコンクリート型枠の適切な位置に確実に配
置支持できることができるもので、またサツシ枠
支持装置の上部水平面部と確実な水平状にサツシ
枠支持部材を保持できる構成で、また調節用ボル
トによつてサツシ枠支持部材を上下に移動固定で
きる如き構成にもしてある。更にサツシ枠支持部
材は摺動用溝部と固定用ボルトと締付用ナツトに
よつて内部に嵌合してある。内部支持部材を必要
に応じて摺動延長できる構成にしてあるため、サ
ツシ枠支持部材の取付け部位をコンクリートの厚
さおよびコンクリート型枠の部位に順応して調節
できるため、転用性を高め、工事の省力化、工期
の短縮、さらに工費のコストダウンにもつながる
効果を有するものである。以下その好ましい実施
例を添付図面により説明すると、次の通りであ
る。第1図は本考案のサツシ枠支持装置Aの平面
図でサツシ枠支持部材1は断面を凹状に構成する
とともに、一方、その内部に摺動用溝部2と、固
定用ボルト3、および締付用ナツト4を設け、摺

第6図は本考案のサツシ枠支持装置Aの1部を切
断した使用状態図で図中Cはサツシ枠、Dは桟
木、12は取付け用ボルト7をコンクリート型枠

に当接固定し、サツシ枠支持部材1に桟木Dを載
置し、サツシ枠Cを支持し、コンクリート型枠B
