【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は被洗浄物を収納した角籠を、回転させ
ながら洗浄することを可能とした洗浄装置に係る

とができず、洗浄効果を上げることができないも
のであつた。また丸籠は、載置した場合の安定性
等の問題から、工場等の被洗浄物の生産現場では
収納籠として使用することができず、角籠が使用
されている。そのため、生産現場で角籠に収納し
た被洗浄物を回転洗浄しようとする場合には、丸
籠に被洗浄物を移し替えねばならず、多くの手数

回転体を設け、この回転体に、角籠を収納する為

であつて、角籠8を収納するための角形収納部1
3を設け、この角形収納部13の下底に角籠8を
揺動するためのコロ14を複数個、適宜間隔で形
成するとともに角形収納部13の外周両端方向に
は、円形のフランジ15を形成している。このフ
ランジ15は、連結台7上に軸受16を介して回
動自在に固定した、回動車17と回動受車18上
に、回転自在に位置するとともに連結台7に固定
した、固定フレーム19内に突出する回動受車2
1によつて、上端を回動自在に固定保持されてい
る。また回動車17は、前記回動軸12の他端を
笠歯車22により連結した回転軸20から、チエ
ーン等により回転力を伝達される。伝達軸23に
より回転され、回転体10を水平軸に従つて回転
し得るよう構成している。また回転体10を液洗
浄時に位置する、洗浄液相24の上方部には、冷
却パイプ25を備えた冷却相26を、形成すると
ともにこの冷却相26の上面には保護カバー27
を設け、この保護カバー27の側面に角籠8の出

て使用でき、丸籠に被洗浄物を移し代える多くの
手数を完全に除去することができる。また回動車
と、連結台に設けた固定フレームに固定している
回動受車によつて、回転体の垂直方向に設けた外
周のフランジを保持するものであるから、洗浄液
との良好な接触を行なうため、激しく回転した
り、上下動を行なう場合でも、回転体は確実に確
保され、安定した洗浄作業を可能にし、またフラ
ンジにより、水平軸に従つて回転するものである
から、角籠の内部に収納した被洗浄物の、上昇、
落下に伴なう被洗浄液との良好な接触を可能にす
