のメネジに対して硝子グローブのオネジがしばし
ば喰い込み、又はネジ部の錆や汚れのためにかた
くなり、従つてゆるめるために可成り強い力を必
要とするときがしばしばある。しかしながら一般
に照明灯は高所に設置されている場合が多く作業
位置が良好といえない場合が多い。かかる条件下
において、笠内に手を差し入れてネジのかたくな
つた硝子グローブを取外す作業は、硝子グローブ
そのものも円筒状で滑り易く素手で力をかけにく
いため、非常に困難な場合がしばしば発生し、作
業安全性の面からも思わしくなかつた。
