ダーカツトはキヤビテイ金型で処理しなければな
らない。キヤビテイ金型にアンダーカツト部形成
用のスライド部材を設けた構造は、例えば特公昭
53−11298号公報や実公昭55−16660号公報に見る
ことができる。しかしこれらに記載されたものは
いずれも、スライド部材が成形品に対し側面方向
から接近し、あるいは離隔して行く構造になつて
おり、成形品1のように、底面の凹陥部から突部
が立上り、その突部側面にアンダーカツト部があ
るようなものに対しては、凹陥部の存在が邪魔に
なつて、そのままでは適用することができなかつ
た。
