【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はブロー成形によりネツク部を介して一
対の製品を対設したブロー成形品に関するもので
ある。

従来、この種のブロー成形品はネツク部端面を
切断して製品を分離する後加工を必要としてい
る。例えば第1図のように自動車のアームレスト
Sを製品とする場合は第2図のようにアームレス
トSをネツク部Kで対設したブロー成形品を成形
し、ついでネツク部端面(第2図及び第3図の
夫々一点鎖線参照)を刃物で切断して夫々のアー
ムレストSを分離している。しかしながら、この
ネツク部端面の切断の際におけるブロー成形品の
支持を第3図のように製品のネツク部両端面に爪
Nを係止して行つており、爪Nを夫々外側へ撓ま
せた状態で該端面部を切断しているため両方の端
面部が同時に切断されることが条件となり、同時
に切断できないとブロー成形品が不保持状態とな
つて動き、また切断されていない片方の端面部が
切断できない欠点があつた。即ち、ブロー成形の
ため製品が中空状であることからネツク部自体を
支えることができないことに起因するものであ
る。

4を一体に突設したことである。即ち、一方のネ
ツク部1にはその左右両側に支持用突部4を水平
状に突設すると共に他方のネツク部1′には空気
吹込管部3に対向して内向きの支持用突部4を水
平状に突設したものである。該支持用突部4はネ
ツク部1,1′の中央部に位置し、パーテイング
ラインP部に沿つて舌片状に突出している。
