In this case, the refrigerant gas guided into the case from the refrigerant flow path first collides with the oil level accumulated at the bottom of the case and passes through the motor, so the collision promotes the formation of oil mist. , the oil mis 1~ is sufficiently mixed into the refrigerant, and sufficient lubrication is performed in the rotation prevention mechanism. In addition, in the 5-rotation prevention mechanism, the thrust force acting between the case side and the movable scroll member is received by both thrust plates that are in surface contact with each other, and no weight is applied to the pin connecting them. damage etc. can be prevented.

A suction vibrator (not shown) is connected to the refrigerant to suck refrigerant. A vibrator 37 is connected to the union 35, and a distal opening 37a of the vibrator 37 connects to the space 3 between adjacent salient poles 25a of the stator 25, as shown in FIGS.

7 to the space 39 between the salient poles 25a, the stator 25 and the coil 27 are cooled, and the vibrator 37 forms a coolant flow path. Furthermore, the refrigerant gas that has passed through the space 39 collides with the inner surface of the bottom of the lower case 5, passes through the gap between the rotor 21 and the stator 25, and reaches the upper side, thereby cooling the motor 28 again. In this case, the refrigerant gas colliding with the bottom of the case turns the oil adhering to the inner surface of the bottom of the lower case 5 into mist (particulates), which flows upward as refrigerant gas mixed with oil mist. In this way, since the oil mist is promoted to be mixed into the refrigerant gas, the rotation prevention mechanism 58, which will be described later, can be sufficiently lubricated.

軸受56により回転阻止機構58が構成されている。As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, between the movable scroll member 41 and the bearing support plate 7, there is an annular fixed thrust plate 53 fixed to the bearing support plate 7, and a movable scroll member. An annular movable-side thrust plate 55 fixed to the back surface of 41 is interposed so as to be in sliding surface contact with each other. Further, a pin 51 is interposed between both thrust plates 53 and 55. As shown in FIG. 3, there are four pins 51 arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
There are several locations. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the pin 51 consists of a large diameter portion 51a and a small diameter portion 51b, and the small diameter portion 51b has a circular outer shape when viewed from the front.

It is formed to be shifted by the same dimension as the eccentricity of the crankshaft 13A. The large diameter portion 51a of each pin 51 is connected to a hole 5 formed in the stationary thrust plate 53.
3a, and the small diameter portion 51b of each pin 51 is fitted into the hole 5 of the movable thrust plate 55.
5a via a metal bearing 56 so as to be rotatable. Therefore, when the crankshaft 13A rotates, the rotation of the movable scroll member 41 is suppressed by the plurality of pins 51 disposed in the circumferential direction. That is, the pin 51, both thrust plates 53, 55, and the metal bearing 56 constitute a rotation prevention mechanism 58.

In addition, suction boats (refrigerant gas flow passages) 57 communicating with the motor section space 26 are formed at each position of the bearing support plate 7 corresponding to these notches 53b and 55b, and each suction boat 57 is connected to the motor section space 26. , each of both thrust plates 53.5

Through 55b, it communicates with a suction pressure chamber 65 of the scroll section in FIG. 1, which will be described later. Therefore, each suction boat 57 can be provided close to the drive shaft 13 so as to communicate with the notches 53b, 55b of both thrust plates 53, 55, so the outer diameter of the bearing support plate 7 can be reduced. This makes it possible to reduce the outer diameter of the compressor itself.

The movable scroll member 41 is in contact over a wide area in the radial direction, making it possible to receive the thrust force acting on the movable scroll member 41 as a small thrust force per unit area. Also,
The refrigerant gas in the motor space 26 flows from each suction bow 1-57 to the notch 53b of both thrust plates 53.55,
55b to the suction pressure chamber 65 of the scroll section, but at this time, the fixed side thrust brake 53 and the movable side thrust plate 55 are misaligned as shown in Figs. 3 and 1, so the fixed side The refrigerant gas that has passed through the notch 53b of the thrust plate 53 collides with a part of the wall of the movable thrust plate 55 due to inertia, and as a result of this collision, mist oil in the refrigerant gas adheres, and the attached oil are the thrust plates 53 and 5 on the fixed side and movable side.
5, and sufficient lubrication is achieved between them.
Both thrust plates 53 and 55, which are in sliding contact with each other and exert a large thrust force, can smoothly slide. Similarly, the refrigerant flowing through the notch 55b of the movable thrust plate 55 collides with the back surface of the movable scroll member 41, and due to the oil adhering to this, the refrigerant further flows between the two thrust plates 53 and 55. As a result, the rotation prevention mechanism 58 is sufficiently lubricated.

A fan 61 fixed to the drive shaft 13 with screws is provided in a space 59 surrounded by the movable scroll member 41 and the movable scroll member 41 . This fan 61 is installed so that as the drive shaft 13 rotates, air can be blown from the space 59 to the space 26 on the motor 28 side through the gap between the bearings 17 and the like. As a result, the inside of the space 59 becomes negative pressure, and the suction accompanying the negative pressure supplies more lubricating oil between the two thrust plates 53 and 55, thereby improving lubrication.

As shown, in the type of electric compressor that has a stator support member 91 for the motor stator 25 inside the case 5, a gap 93 is formed between the support member 91 and the case 5. By interposing an annular stopper 95 above the union 35 and using this gap 93 as a refrigerant flow path, refrigerant gas flows toward the bottom of the case as shown by the arrow in the figure. A similar effect is achieved when the oil at the bottom is turned into a mist.

In addition, a union for refrigerant suction is provided between the electric motor of the case and the upper bearing support member, and a refrigerant flow path is provided that communicates with the union and directs the refrigerant gas toward the bottom of the case. As a result, oil is sufficiently mixed into the refrigerant gas, and the one-rotation blocking mechanism can be sufficiently lubricated.
